Received a product that was not the one advertised (not even the same brand), with no redlight, no charging cable. When attempting to contact the company, the email on the website for "support" does not work and there is no phone number provided. There are other reviews on the site stating the same experience (I should have read more into it). Definitely a scam company that is sending out bogus products.
