Upstart fees followed by eventual incremental fees for editing and ISBN that were not made clear in the beginning. Every time I complained about the fee for a new service, they dropped it to half. I spent most of four months editing the editor's editing. This company is based in Pakistan. The people spoke poor English, the forms were unprofessional, and contact was inconsistent.
