I answered a cell phone call today at 5:45 PM from a person (a lady) listed as being from Forrest City, NC. That phone number is 828.229.8883. I acted interested out of curiosity. She transferred me to Edward Escamilla. I was near certain it was a scam and asked if I could call him back. He said yes, gave me his name and a call back # 919-822-7024. After I hung up, I had a strong feeling that something was not right and looked up Pinehurst Funding. I found that my feeling was right. There are a lot of reports about this Pinehurst Funding. I am extremely concerned as I answered with "Yes" to two or three questions the initial called that called asked me. I have since learned never to say "Yes" to a person that you do not know who calls. I am looking for some type of consumer assistance for my experience; I am very concerned about possible impending fraud.

Seems like Sydney is more than likely Sadjmohamed from Guatamala or something. Sitting in a sweaty [censored] room with 25 other "Sydneys" using their special robo blocker to call Americans. Never ends! These guys have openly admitted the reason why they do this is because Americans are stupid (his words not mine). Until we wisen up why would they stop doing this. Just saying.

ATTENTION all the info you need!

They don’t have a valid Secretary of State but you can find them operating under ZR Consulting, LLC. It hasn’t been active in 2 or 3 years! Their previous business name was US Capital Co. they have remained in the same address as the previous business name: 1661 S Raymond Ave Suite 265, Anaheim, CA 92801. ZR stands for Zack Ramirez the owner of the company. Sydney is a smart recording, she will ask if you can hear her, if you say yes, she will transfer you to their “specialist”. It’s a call center for shark loans with interest rates at 50%. If you do decide to trust them and give them your information, they are technically brokers and will send your loan request to 20 other lenders, each one pulling a hard credit inquiry into your credit profile! They will assure you they don’t do hard credit pulls only soft pulls but that’s because them as pinehurst don’t do the pulls, their lenders do all the pulls! They will tell you yes to every request just so they can bring you in! They will convince you it’s better to trust them than your own bank or that they can match your other offers, they will literally tell you you’re building your business credit with them because despite your amazing credit you have no business credit but they don’t actually report to credit bureaus, the business credit you’re building is with them, only the next time instead of offering you a 50% loan it will be 49%. You can have a 700 credit score and if you trust them thinking they can match the bank, you will get a high interest offer and be left with a 620 at the end of the day!

Unfortunately I filled out a contract with them via electronic giving them all my information, EIN number and social. To get the credit line for business. Lastly they wanted 6 months of bank statements. Which I started digging into the company looking for reviews, facebook posts anything and came up empty handed even looking in BBB and Secretary of state to find nothing come up. So I am very alarmed that I gave them so much information. The gentleman that answered the line from the website gave me his personal facebook and assured me they are not scammers and to continue working with my representative. My credit is frozen as of right now due to suspicious activity. So now I'm suspecting it was this company. I don't see any positive experiences coming from this company or reviews besides the ones on there website. So I may need to get legal help now!

I was called multiple times by females wanting me to answer a few questions to fund a business I have that was located on The Better Business Bureau website and after I answer some questions will bring the lender on the line. I said no, not interested but still continues to call. I told then I'm reporting then for solicitation & harassment & she hung up.

Sidney needs to go to jail

Sidney from Pinehurst Funding calls my business at least once a day. I block the number but the robocalls just use another local number. They try to make it sound like a person is on the other line. You can hear shuffling/background noise and then a "person" (not a real person) says, "This is Sidney from Pinehurst funding, can you hear me okay?". I always hang up right away but the first time they called I listened long enough to figure out what was going on.
I wish more could be done about this type of scammer.

I never signed up for anything, I didn’t apply for loans. They call over and over and over. I finally yelled at them to stop calling me. Every time they answer they make it sound like a recording, and I am pretty Sure they want you to say yes so they can make your yes be used for other things you didn’t agree too. I don’t answer with yes to any questions I usually ask a question in a return or hang up but I finally yelled today. I got them saying they will remove my phone number… yeah sure we will see.

Pinehurst funding is operating as a financial institution that offers biz loans. They claim to have found my biz listed on ScamPulse.com which it is not. They've called about 15 times in the past week but bypass the actual call and send a vmail. Upon investigation, they are not at the address they claim, and the VP of Finance - George Maverick, is never available - might not exist? Zachary Ramirez is another executive He’s found on ZR Consulting which was shut down after an investigation from BBB. Probably a shell company that is doing impossible loans.

"Cindy" from Pinehurst Funding called our business today. She asked if I could hear her. I said no. Wait about 10 seconds and she asked if I could hear her again. I said no again. She said she was sorry I couldn't hear her and said some stupid blurb that I didn't listen to and hung up.

Rude and refuse to stop calling!!

They called and I said, "Not interested!" The woman talked right over me saying, "I'm going to transfer you to a loan specialist!" I repeated that I wasn't interested and she said, "I'm transferring you right now!" She literally refused to let me talk! So I hung up on her and blocked her number. Today I looked and I had a missed call from 207-803-5799 which is a different number than the first call which was 207-573-5667 so I thought it was a legit customer. So I call the missed number and, sure enough, the same woman answers and is again very rude trying to force me to get a loan! I hung up and blocked this number as well but she is refusing to give up! Being a business phone I cannot put special blockers in place because I have found those can accidentally block out real customers. That means I'm stuck with this [censored] continually changing numbers and harassing me while blocking my business line so real customers cannot get through!

Refuse To Stop Calling And Very Rude

I own a very successful chimney company well, yesterday I started getting calls from this company saying they want to provide funds to my company. On the first call, I said, "I'm not interested in this!" However, the [censored] on the other end talked right over me saying that saying, "I'm getting you right over to my funding expert!" I repeated myself and she again refused to listen to me but instead said she is transferring my call! I more firmly told her to leave us alone we are not interested and please stop calling here! She then transferred me! I hung up and blocked her number. This morning I saw a missed local call on our caller ID and called it back. The same fricken lady answers the phone saying "Pinehurst Funding! Let me transfer you to a loan rep! She refuses to take no for an answer! Instead, she just uses a different phone number to harass us! No means no! Stop messing with my business phone lines! I have customers who need those lines open for real business matters! I read other reviews on here and apparently, they offer to fund desperate companies who are about to go belly up. Well, they are barking up the wrong tree! I'm just fine and don't need or want their help! I may be a woman in the construction trades but that doesn't mean I'm struggling and not successful! Leave us the heck alone or I'm calling the Attorney General's Office!

This number has called our business on over four separate occasions despite our requests to take us off their call list. They call from a local area code and insist that we should take a loan. They claim to connect small businesses with money lenders.

Asking any scammer to remove you from their calling list is futile. Simply annoy them more than they annoy you and they'll soon stop calling. Maybe YELL into the phone that you can't hear them. Repeat until they hang up. Or, get an air horn and earplugs...put in the earplugs before blowing the air horn into the phone. Or, speak your own made-up language. Make it fun for yourself!

Received tons of calls through December and January. Finally after about 30 days of bombarding calls at all hours of the day, I returned their call last month. They called me on the pretense that we had reached out to them looking for financing, lucky for them we were at the time. The message they left us stated we were preapproved for 500k line of credit. Even with a 700+ credit score, they made an offer of some small amount, paying daily. We couldn't believe the audacity considering we have lines of credit already. They said they wouldn't run our credit but we had Multiple hits to our credit. They sent our file out to everyone on earth. Then this guy that was the vp of financing, Keith, got mad at us when we refused the offer and shouted that he would remove the offer from the table. We don't want your money thank you. I'm still getting messages and calls again to this day which is why I had enough and decided to report on how their business operates.

Contacted this morning, with 22 phone calls from the same number from the same company from a lady named Sydney who advised me she was an automated real representative they could only answer certain questions. But hung up on me every time I asked for my number to be removed, asked to speak to a manager, or asked for any additional information on the company. So I called them back 37 times in a row.

I keep getting a call from a Nebraska Area code 402- I live in La, but still have my NE number. Pinehurst Funding. I already have the call blocked but somehow they are able to leave voicemails... same speech.. Hello, can you hear me.. then hangs up! I will file a FTC report also. This is BS, blocked calls should not be able to still leave voicemails!
