Ordered a sweater and a ski suit from Kateproms.com – took almost a month for package to deliver. When it showed up it was a prom dress. I asked for a refund. They refused to ship the item back to CHINA, and they said they would still process my refund. 2 months later still no refund and almost 20 back and forth emails from likely a bot. This company uses a HOUSE IN THE US as its fake American address while all the while it is a CHINA BASED company. This place is an absolute SCAM. Do not order from them.
