Your company has tried twice today to charge my bank account for services I have never purchased - in fact I have never heard of this company before and I certainly did not order anything or sign up for anything luckily my bank has been informed so just STOP because they will never allow a charge from this scamming piece of [censored] company!

I would give them zero stars if I could. The app has a bunch nonsense info for too much money. Even after I canceled (two weeks after getting) they never warned me they would charge me again and then charged me. Even on the date I saw the charge I tried to go and cancel and let them know I thought I had already cancelled and they would only refund me 50%. This is how they make their money. It’s a complete scam. Stay away. There are better sites and better apps that actually care about the consumer for much less money and better customer service.

I wish to cancel my subscription, but although you are still charging me £66.00 per month, you cannot find my email address so I cannot sign in, or cancel. Please explain how you manage to charge me in that case?

I signed up, the app didn't work, and most links greyed out. I had a 24-hour "timer" for when I could gain access to my meal plans that I purchased. The timer kept stopping and starting.

I was offered a "deal" to pay more to start using the app in 45 minutes. I realized this was not the app for me so sent three requests for a refund. They told me all sales final. I contested the charges with my bank and deactivated my account.

They told me that since I deactivated my account, they could no longer refund me. They then told me that I should have contacted customer support to request a refund before deactivating my account - On the same email trail I had requested a refund.

Their response: "I'd like to kindly remind you that profile deletion does not initiate a refund, and all users should contact customer support with a request for a refund before deleting the account..."

Total scam.

On 12/28/2022, I was billed $65 for an auto-renewal. After immediately canceling the service, I asked for a refund with their customer service. What they offered was 50% refund, and a canceled service on something I never even received.

BEWARE - this company will auto-renew without care to ensure you get the services, or agree to auto-renew, AND they will keep your money. NOT a good customer service experience.

I want to bring your attention to the fact that you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions before purchasing the meal plan. They indicated the recurring charges as well (https://beyondbody.me/general-conditions – paragraph 5, articles from 5.8.1 to 5.8.4). Without your agreement, the system would not have let you proceed with the payment.

As per our Terms & Conditions, the subscription cancellation request should be sent to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the automatic renewal or should be canceled manually via self-service on our website. Unfortunately, we had not received a request from your email address before the subscription was renewed. Please accept our sincere apologies for this misunderstanding.

I got curious after seeing their offer in the Sweatcoin app. My first red flag came when I ended up having to click through page after page of “special offers” for upgrades to the program. They had already charged me for the program at this point, otherwise I frankly wouldn’t even have finished the signing up process, but I decided to keep going and give them a chance. After this I had to wait for 24 hours before even seeing this “customized” plan, unless I wanted to pay extra. I decided to click around their app while I waited and this thing looks like it was thrown together in 10 minutes. Second red flag. My plan finally arrives and.. well.. it is definitely not personalized after me or my needs. Neither is there any information or explanation of what the plan entails or how it works. Finding the plan for each day and the recipes is both time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. You’d be better off paying for premium with MyFitnessPal or similar where you get your plans right away and can easily find all the information you could possibly want to need.
So I send support an e-mail to get a refund and am told that all sales are final but they might maybe be able to give me 50% back. That’s funny, I clearly remember seeing them stating that they offer refunds within 14 days in between all the “buy this!”-spam on their page, but I guess that was yet another lie.
To summarize; to anyone even considering ordering this program, please don’t. There are plenty of other programs out there that are actually customized to your needs and many of them are even cheaper than this crap. I wish I had checked these reviews before I made the mistake of trying it out for myself.

On August 11 an amount of $45 of my BMO bank account was taken to pay to perfectbody.me LTU an online purchase which I haven't done. I reported the scam to the bank. In the meantime, I appreciate the refund of the 45 Canadian dollars as quickly as possible.

I thought I was signing up for Gina Livy’s program and I signed up Sunday, August 7th. I also paid for priority plan.

I did not receive a plan within 2 hours. I wrote them and told them about that and how much I was looking forward to joining Gina Livy’s program.
Aubrey got back to me – apologized for not receiving my plan within 2 hours – I would get that as a refund. At the end of her email, she told me they were not affiliated with Gina Livy’s program. I filled out the simple questionnaire at the beginning and selected and paid for my diet meal plan. Not very many dietary details were asked. I don't eat soy or any kind of squash (pumpkin, squash, zucchini, etc), and only broiled fish. Most of the meals have one or more of the ingredients I've listed, and none of the fish options were broiled (all were in sauces). Plus, I'm an environmental consultant. I spend 14-16 hours every day in the field, working out of my truck. I eat 3 meals a day out in the field. Not at home. Not in an office. I can't cook out there. Most of the menu items don't travel well. I need meal plans I can prepare the night before, and can eat cold or room-temperature. I've explained this to them 5 times now, and they keep replying with the same auto-generated email that if I screenshotted the ingredients that I don't eat they would customize my plan. I sent them the list again, with screenshots. And again repeated the lack of being able to cook or prepare meals at work. They sent me a list of replacement ingredients for some of the dietary restrictions, but still did not address that I have no way of preparing the meals they prescribe. They keep ignoring that detail, that their plan won't work for my lifestyle. And refuse me a refund.

I signed up based on description however, I couldn't view anything for 24 hours after I hit the purchase button. (if I wanted to pay addl fee I could see sooner) Once the meal plan was unveiled to me I knew it wasn't what I was looking for and i emailed them asking for cancelation and refund. I've been going back and forth for days and the latest communication was half refund. No, I want full refund. I cancelled within 3 days and did not use it and made that clear. Very shady practices since they play games and make excuses. I've never had an issue with a company before. They ask for more info. you give to them and they want to argue. If you won't unveil your product for 24 hours and the only way you know what your personal plan is and don't see it working with your lifestyle then refund it! it's not like I used it first!

I made the mistake of purchasing this because it wouldn't let me review their services without paying and after I was able to review decided it wasn't for me. I could not even use the app. Tried to cancel and get a refund within a few days. Have not received any cancelation notice or refund even after severL attempts. Their only service is scamming! What happened to the 3 day period to change your mind?

As soon as I realized this program was a scam, I canceled online. Months later I see a charge on my credit card for $39 -- even if I was still active, which I am not, the charge would have been for $15.

WHY DO CREDIT CARD COMPANIES ALLOW THIS TYPE OF SCAM TO CONTINUE!?

I’ve been curious about this company and the addresses listed on their website as the Corporate Headquarters/ business office in Lithuania are run-down dumps? The money is processed through a furnished office building in Delaware where corporate rules are lax. Just a few Red Flags I am concerned about.

The images you've shared from Google Views are dated 2012 July. Throughout 10 years city can change unrecognizably. Next to the address, you are looking for, you should see the business complexes built in the spot of those old buildings you've captured. That's where we are based.

Very scammy site. As soon as you enter your credit card info, they charge the account with a recurring fee. This happens even while the order processing says the order is not yet complete. After they get the initial money, they keep trying to add upcharge. For example, they ask you to pay extra money to get your plan "quicker" (even though the plan is available for you whether you pay the upcharge or not). It seemed unprofessional, so I quick the order before it was complete. I then noticed they'd already charged my PayPal. I asked for a full refund, which they refused. They offered only 50% even though I had never accessed the materials or downloaded the plan. If they truly thought they had a good product, why trick people out of their money?

Been with Perfect Body for almost 2 weeks.
I have had use es with the recipes and able to change ingredients. They got that fixed hit now everything is in ounces and not cups or tablespoons.
Plus can not look forward for week planning to buy groceries for week
I have asked for help now 4 days in row and still no response.
Very upsetting as I was doing so well the first week.

I mistakenly bought this $67 program and an extra 14.99 for the recipe. On July 19, 2021 I then went to support to cancel the same day, I have sent 10 emails to support, they offered 50% refund even though I haven't used any of it and canceled the subscription too I have NOT GOTTON ANY REFUND nor cancel notice nor phone call

Perfectbody.me I cancelled my subscription within 24 hours never using any of the services. Email conversation followed where they offered a 50% refund. They then charged my account an additional $67. I now have two $67 charges and a $14.99 charge for a workout program. Doing business in the US, online or otherwise, there is a law that allows a cooling off period of 72 hours for cancellation of services. I am waiting to see what happens next to decide on how to escalate further.
