Been with Perfect Body for almost 2 weeks.
I have had use es with the recipes and able to change ingredients. They got that fixed hit now everything is in ounces and not cups or tablespoons.
Plus can not look forward for week planning to buy groceries for week
I have asked for help now 4 days in row and still no response.
Very upsetting as I was doing so well the first week.

I mistakenly bought this $67 program and an extra 14.99 for the recipe. On July 19, 2021 I then went to support to cancel the same day, I have sent 10 emails to support, they offered 50% refund even though I haven't used any of it and canceled the subscription too I have NOT GOTTON ANY REFUND nor cancel notice nor phone call

Perfectbody.me I cancelled my subscription within 24 hours never using any of the services. Email conversation followed where they offered a 50% refund. They then charged my account an additional $67. I now have two $67 charges and a $14.99 charge for a workout program. Doing business in the US, online or otherwise, there is a law that allows a cooling off period of 72 hours for cancellation of services. I am waiting to see what happens next to decide on how to escalate further.

Took my money and canceled my account. I didn't use it and they won't respond to emails. They told PayPal they were part of Noom. NOT!

Unfortunately, we are not related to Noom, we are Perfect Body which is a personalized, customizable weight loss plan.

Upon checking on our end, we can see that we have contacted you on several different occasions (emails sent on June 21st and on July 5th) and did not hear back from your side. Unfortunately, when the funds are being disputed on PayPal, both sides are held until PayPal makes a final decision on the case. We do not have any influence on the processing speed.

I paid $67.00 for their services and I can't even access them! I was totally ripped off. I have contacted them numerous times and all they do is ask what issues am i experiencing. After explaining everything and then ask for a refund all the sudden they are not available to help anymore. Stay away from this app!

I thought I finally found a website that would help with my diet and staying in shape that was reasonably priced. It was supposed to be $1.25 per week. They took an entire years charge out at once and an extra $350.

It looks like you've bought the annual subscription with us. It costs 1.29 USD weekly, but upon purchase, a full sum for the annual subscription will be taken as indicated in your purchase confirmation. At the moment, we offer these types of subscriptions: a 3-month subscription for 39 USD, a 6-month subscription for 52 USD, and an annual subscription for 67 USD. Unfortunately, we do not sell anything above those sums indicated.

Double charges are very rare cases, and if you suspect that you were overcharged, we recommend contacting our support at [email protected], and they will gladly help you resolve the issue. Also, don't forget to add a receipt to your complaint.
