Letter indicated urgency to contact the toll free number to prevent an expiring home warranty. And referenced the mortgage holder. Very similar to an auto warranty scam I found online from the BBB. Even used to same person's name, James Winters. Nothing lost, no call was made.

Our customers received a postcard from Home Protection Notification RE: Federated EMP CU. I work at Federated Employees Credit Union and we are in no way associated to this business and have never done business with them. We do not want our name associated with them, but when I called the number on the postcard, they refused to talk to me or remove our name from their data base. They trying to sell a warranty on homes, which is a total money making scam. Please have them remove any association to us. They should not be in business as they are taking advantage of elderly people.

this business sent me a pink card making me think that I had no insurance on my house or the loan on it. and made it look like my credit union was sending me this notification.

They know my name and address and stays of home insurance. They attempted to impersonate my bank to try and get me to notify me my home insurance would expire

Scammer claimed that my property's home warranty was about to or had already expired. It was secured by7 Madison & Bradford Fedl S&L. Checked that bank existed; it doesn't. Telephone number 833-932-0551 is listed as a scam number. Didn't call.
