Hello BBB, I received this e-mail today and wanted to forward it to the BBB. I do not own or run a business. I did not reply to the e-mail thus I was not further targeted. Below is the e-mail, which I cut and paste. I've also included a PDF. Thanks.

The male caller called and used my first name and ask if I was there and then I said "yes" and there was no response. I'm hoping they record my voice.
