Received a text regarding my Paypal (973-814-1145) account regarding $983 and I called the number back 8883381457 and they wanted some information and I gave them my new credit card number and name. They wanted me to go and get a money order. So I knew then it was a scam.

I received a final notice letter from Home Warranty Direct with a check voucher attached to letter for $199.00. The letter states my mortgage bank with a property ID. The letter and check look official but only a phone number is listed to call. No return address or email on letter. The letter states my property’s home warranty expired. Do not fall for this SCAM!!

I got a random text from who I thought was my friend referring me to a Mark Johnson who recently won a DHS claim and was willing to give me $75,000 as a blessing all I had to do was give him my persona information which I did, just my name, address, email and ID picture. He then said I would need to send him $1000 for taxes and I told him I'm in the hospital and I dont have $1000, he kept pushing and wanted to know what hospital I was at and how he can bring the money to me and I refused and knew it didnt sound right. But I trusted my friend and I reached out to her and she claim she didnt know what or who I was talking about. This man gave me a ticket number and I believed him based on being a Christian man and he claimed it was a blessing.

the person on the phone stated they have papers from my county to serve on a fraud case and asks me to confirm my DOD SS# and address. bu cant give me any information on who the paperwork could possibly be from or whom is trying to have me "served" i have not been in any trouble with the laws in over 21 years so i know no case is pending on me

This person sent me a message on messenger interested in 3 different items I had posted for sale on Marketplace. She wanted to send me a verification code to make sure I was a real person. I told her either she wanted to buy the items or not. I didn’t have time for that nonsense. I didn’t do it. And I looked it up & saw that it was a scam.

Was emailed about automatic renewal for product I don’t have a that my card would billed when I called the actual business I was informed it was a spam email. When I called said number to cancel was I formed it would have to be done on computer informed didn’t have available. All of a sudden it was I can cancel it from here. I paid the booking, via paypal a total of $120, including the fee for the exchange, which is refundable too. The booking was for September 23, ggiving by the booking place. I oaid, and then they said that I'd have to pay extra $200 for insurance. I told them that if that had been disclaimed beforehand I'd not have accepted. They said that it was my fault that they forgot to tell me. I immediately pressed for a refund, have complained everyday trying to get it and they now stopped answering my request. There is a representative here, who's name is Matt, his cell # is ***** ********* He is also unwilling to do anything. I just want my refund.

I received a letter via Fedex claiming my personal info had been at risk and I should reach out the 3 of the credit bureau's and how it will cost a fee and I would have to renew it every 90 days. Now I know this is not true because this service is free. I wanted to report it, it looks very official.

Someone on Facebook messages me a QR code, posted on the Kremlin Instagram site. She asked me to read the code. I found CodeTwo QR Code Reader free. The code showed the url where it came from. But nothing else. I got a warning from Norton that my Instagram password was stolen, and to change it. But my Instagram account had already been shut down. I don't use Instagram, so I don't know if my account was closed because of the hack. Or if having a close account, protected me from being hacked.

I was offered a job through Aston Carter temp agency well so I thought. It was for customer service work from home job and I was given a offer after interviewing remotely. I did the high speed test, vaccination info and gave them my direct deposit info. Literally the next day (yesterday) I was told the job was filled and I couldnt start and today my bank account was hacked for $750. This woman sent me multiple emails and I didn’t know what it was and curious I clicked on the link. Next thing I know, I’m getting emails containing so called psychic readings full of false information. This woman threatened me that unless I did a satanic ritual I would be cursed with my worst fears. I replied multiple times to her emails telling her to leave me alone and she refused. It finally escalated to the point of her saying I need to pay her according to the universe for the readings when I did not request anything in the first place. I suspect somebody may have stolen my indendity and used my information to contact this woman. Whoever it is is using my email and hacked into my phone and is using my device remotely to contact her. I told this woman I am not paying her a single dime because I never agreed to this. As a result I now fear she will try to sue me for money I do not owe her. She has also done the SAME THING to other people! I have read online reviews of her sending fake readings that were not requested and she threatened to sue anyone who didn’t pay her for the free readings she sent without asking. She is a scammer and needs to be shut down.
