I made a purchase online from Personalizadoglobal (website [email protected]) and was told it will be delivered. However, the item was never delivered. I lost $49.00 on this order.

The last correspondence was that I will receive pick up instructions.

It’s been since 8/3/2025 and I have not received any communication from them. They are based in NY, USA.
