I wish I had read this website before I made the phone call about the card I received in the mail. At first I thought it was something to do with Amazon because it had perks Plus on it. Instead it was supposed to have been a $500 gift card sent to me that I could use anywhere. Of course I never received it. It then turned into signing up for three different things that I knew nothing about really because they're very vague when they do this I was only like a dollar and something or $2 and something but it turns into a monthly fee. Since I never received the email the gift card I never received the phone numbers to cancel these services. Until it came out of my bank I had just forgotten about it actually. Then I get these for BF discounts and the amount of $24.83 I get one for title lock in the amount of $23.85, then I get one for ID Guardians in the amount of $29.88. when you do call to cancel them and ask for a refund you are greeted with the rudest, mean sounding man I believe I've ever spoken with. Not only is he taking your money he's going to speak to you like you're a street dog or something. I have spoken to these people three to four times and every single one of them have been extremely rude. I've never had customer service treat me that way ever. They have so many different phone numbers that you really don't know which one you're calling. I had to look this phone numbers up and try to figure out how to get a hold of these people because it's not listed on my bank statement. I think I have finally gotten them canceled now (all three), even though it was supposed to have been canceled last month and not taken out this month but it was. I did get a one month refund from two of them. But not the other one. The ID Guardians are so rude they won't even answer the phone anymore because they were tired of yelling at me. I just wanted a refund and for them not to ever touch my bank account again. But since they were so rude even though they yelled that it was canceled, I'm not even able to talk to them anymore. They won't answer my calls because they know I want to refund. Please don't fall for this scam. And if you do good luck getting your money back and getting them to stop taking it out. If you happen to get a card in the mail telling you that you won this gift card, please throw it in the trash. It will save you a lot of headaches and heartaches.
