I got a phone call from a foreign guy who said I had won Publisher's Clearing House for $250,000. He didn't ask for money. He gave me a code number. He told me to call a Credit Union in Colorado Springs 719-867-0015. I told him it sounded like a scam. So he gave me another number 571-257-3153. I am hard of hearing and he was a hard to understand.
