DO NOT KNOW EITHER OF THE PEOPLE MENTIONED IN THIS COMPLAINT. DID NOT ORDER AN IPHONE AND I HAVE NOTIFIED PAYPAL.FTC,HERE AND WILL NOTIFY THE FBI CYBERCRIMES PAGE AS WELL AS THE INDIANA FIELD OFFICE OF THE FBI.

COUNTRY IS LISTED AS OTHER BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHERE IT CAME FROM

Invoice for an iphone that I did not order. There is a page and a quarter of other emails that also got this notification.

I am guessing it is out of the country because of the +1 in front of the area code.

This has been reported to them as well as the FCC. FTC and The FBI as well as the Indiana field office of the FBI

It is for an order of bitcoin

transaction details: -

Customer ID: 931684076

Invoice No: 2AT4V3OJ5-8INE3PW7NY1

All of the numbers in the invoice number are set lower than the letters

I know this is a scam because I don't buy bitcoin, I don't have a paypal account

Also, the email looks like it might have come from a different country

Got an email from a patricia bradbr who supposedly works for paypal and it is a receipt type emial for an apple iphone 16 pro max

Initially, it was an email claiming $5000 was charged on my paypal account and to call xxxxxx if the charge was not legitimate. From there it just escalated and I fell for it.

Got an invoice type email sating that an order had been confirmed with a confirmation number for an apple iPhone 16promax phone in desert titanium with 256 gb capacity for the cost of $350.60 usd. along with a customer support number

NOTE************************

I CLOSED MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT YEARS AGO. THIS WAS ALSO REPORTED TO PAYPAL VIA THEIR ABUSE WEBSITE, THE FTC AS WELL AS THE FBI BOTH VIA EMAIL AND SNAIL MAIL

Got a fake email from "paypal" saying I purchased 459 dollars worth of bitcoin which i never did when I told them i didnt need to be at a computer they just started hanging up on me. I knew this was a scam from the second i received the email

I received a message through Messenger. Stated INVOICE Thank you for using PayPal inc for transaction ID ****6753873 (NOT MY ID,) of USD889.00 TO MERCHANT VIRGO. CX ORDER EXECUTED SUCCESSFULLY. TO REPORT 1-877-208-1696. I NOTIFIED PAYPAL AND BANK.
