Does not honor refunds

I have used the Four app for several months and had no problems. I had a few orders cancelled and refunded by Four but they refused to honor my most recent order with PetSmart which was cancelled and refunded due to a shipping company issue. PetSmart returned the funds to the Four card yet Four claims that they have not received any refund notification. I provided them proof via screenshot of the refund but they still denied my claim and I am out nearly $70 and no merchandise to show for it

I purchased an order on August 03,2021 and it was cancelled by merchant, who then issued a refund to Four seeing as the merchant never took the money because items were never shipped! I then reached out to Four via email and the chat feature 7 times beginning August 04,2021. I received a response from a “victor” who said my money was in a “ cash queue “ !! I still have not received anything and it’s August 14,3021!! Not to mention since it’s an installment plan to make payments every 2 weeks they have my card information still and probably will try to take the next payment and shouldn’t because my orders were cancelled also there is no way to unlink my card from there sight !!! I also told them to remove my card information and again I still have not received an response!! Beware of these scammers , they are taking your card information and charging your card for orders that have been cancelled!!
