My daughter bought a dress from this site for prom a few weeks ago. Said it was located in Virginia Beach but then it was flagged by my credit card as an international transaction made to Cong Ty TNHH Duong Van Thao. The email confirmation had minimal content (only my payment info) and shipment came from mainland china. They sent a similar color dress but the wrong one. No return instruction contained in package. When I went to the site to return the dress it could no longer be found. Now it’s an art photos site.
