I saw this add on tic tok for RV door locks and a backup camera, this was something I was planning on doing but this add caught my attention so when I clicked on it I was redirected to their site where I made the purchase on June the 8th, subsequently I’ve made numerous emails to them and all I’ve received is updates on how it is stuck in customs and that I should be patient. My last email to them said it was delivered to my house on July 19th and that is a lie as we were home all day. This company is a scam, I’ve repeatedly asked for a refund to which they will do once I’ve received the product and returned it to them.
