Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a pair of Asics runnings shoes on 9/1/16. Did not recieve email confirmation. After emailing the company I finally received a tracking number from China. The product arrived 20 days after ordering. It was a replica of Asics running shoes. I know this because the shoes had a horrible burnt glue smell, bad enough that I could not keep them in my house; hot glue was on several parts of the glue where they were piecing it together; the product number on the box did not match the product number on the shoes; the shoe laces were flat and cheap as opposed to the round sturdy shoe laces that should have been on the shoes; the sole was flat and thin where Asics have rounded soles; the Asics tag was on the right shoe when it should have been on the left; the shoes were dirty and appeared worn. I have emailed the company and have not had a reply. I am sure that they are scamming people everyday. The website appears completely legit. I did pay with a bank card so now I am afraid they may have my information
