An order was placed for a product using their website. The information said that orders are processed and delivered within 3-7 business days following the order being placed. After a week with no update of the order being sen I reached out to their customer service multiple times and received generic answers about shipping delays. That is when my suspicions began that this was a fraudulent company. Those suspicions were confirmed after, when asking for a refund I was told that one could not be given since the order had already been processed. I asked that if the order had already been processed then it needs to be sent or I wanted my money back. Thankfully, PayPal has a money back guarantee that I was about to get a refund from because even after the company said that my order was canceled and that I would get a refund receipt, nothing ever came. And they only agreed to even give me a refund after saying that I reported them for fraudulent activity.

Ordered a swim romper. was sent wrong color, poor fit. Was offered 15% refund or full refund if sent back to Vietnam (though it was mailed from NJ), which would cost me about $25. The cost difference would then be negiblible compared to the 15%, and they warned that returns often get "lost". So they keep the difference. A scam and I was dumb enough to fall for it.

Still operating on social media ( Facebook, Instagram.) if you read other people's comments, they've all experienced the same thing as I have.. I ordered something from them back in February. I've tried to call several times on the number listed above and sent several texts and emails. I never got a response. I find it fraudulent to keep advertising a product if the company no longer exists. I also find it fraudulent to accept a person's money for no service/ and nothing delivered..

I ordered two pairs of shoes. Purchased online pay with cash app $260. I received an order number but not a tracking number. When I inquired my tracking number; I was blocked from future communications. I really just want my money back.

On Facebook, Vera Bradley products were advertised at at huge reduced cost for a big warehouse sale. I decided to try it. I paid the money on 1/20/2024,

never received an email confirmation (this is why I don't have an email address) and never received the items. I disputed it with Cash App, as I paid it through them, but they denied the claim which I don't understand. This has got to stop.

I purchases 4 pairs of leggings and 6 pairs of shorts from a TikTok shop that sent me to a webpage ( muuvyoga.com ). I was sent 1 pair of cheap shorts that looked nothing like that I purchased. When I emailed, they said they were waiting on shipment. I have emailed every week for about 3 months. I ask different things but they reply with a form letter that has nothing to do with what I asked. The email is functional, so someone is using it. They usually use the company name Muuv, but I received one email that had Zohvo as the signature. They may be using that company name too. The only contact info that have is a Rachel [email protected] and the website of muuvyoga.com . They are still taking orders from people. I used a credit card to make my purchase. Rachel Peake

When seeing an add on Facebook for this amazing mascara I attempted to purchase it amount was 1 mascara the first charge was for $17.99 on 06/28/2023 ever since that first charge with my SELF credit card ( which is a credit card made to help you build up your credit) in which with these fraudulent charges has made it so hard for me

Mother of three children to maintain a good credit score because since the first charge of $17.99 on 06/28/2023 I’ve now been charged 10 more charges from this company but now all ten charges are for the amount of $31.63 totaling an outstanding amount of $316.30 from 06/28/2023 to 02/28/2024. I’ve tried telling Self credit card company numerous times I don’t know what’s going on and why I have tons of charges from this “company” but I have not go any merchandise for any of these charges except the one time for $17.99 for one mascara. Please buyers beware because this has cause me so much time, stress , aggravation, money and my credit score and late fees. Please be careful and don’t always trust what they tell you is supposed to be the truth not everyone is your friend. This one really hurt.

Ordered2 the viral TikTok one piece jumpsuits. Order two of them that total $15 on sale. I am still currently emailing the company and they keep telling me sorry it’s on its way, don’t worry about the tracking number and it not being updated. Definitely a scam!!!!!

The scammer had a post set up to look like it was Betsey Johnson. I clicked through to the sale and purchased items but once I put my card info in I saw that the site had a different URL and that the confirmation email was strange. The transaction on my card is charged to RUGARYPONTUOUSLSAS. The website is acetoern.com.

This company is giving fake tracking number and they never answer their email . They collect your money and let you know order was shipped and gave you tracking number that does not exist at all

Facebook ad with video claiming to be Natural Life (legitimate clothing company) for a warehouse sale. Ordered clothing from site that looked to be Natural Lifes site. Afterwards saw a post from authentic Natural Life account stating there was a scam campaign claiming to be them. When i checked my cc statement the charge was from EXQUISITEDRESSLHK. I notified capital one of the fraudulent charge.

I placed an order three weeks ago and the tracking information that appears on their website defers from what shows on USPS’ — the later states they are still waiting for the item. You place an order, they create a label and that is where it stops. Customer service is unresponsive.

The scammer has changed their web address from "www.cigarettesclub.com" to "https://cigsking.com/". Their support e-mail has also changed from "[email protected]" to "[email protected]". The instructions to make the payment are available on their website (https://cigsking.com/payments/). I even received an order confirmation e-mail (Order #*****). They also provided a tracking number - *************. However they did not respond to any e-mails when I informed them that the package had arrived in the US. There were no more updates. I requested for a refund but received no response with them. I also filed an FTC Report (No. *********). I haven't able to recover the amount, I don't know what to do to recover it.

Person is on instagram saying that they are a reseller. And that they are selling items for a a lower price than retail offer. From February 15th up until March I’ve been told to send payments. Along with other excuses in which I haven’t received any item. Or a refund, the person is active on social media still
