I paid for a good and didn’t receive it. The company took my money and never sent the product. I’ve attempted to contact the company and I’ve received no communication back from them.

The alleged scammer appeared on my social media account and advertised stamps at a huge, discounted rate. The website has USPS logo, and at first glance; it appeared to be legitimate USPS online store. Upon checking out, I immediately received a fraud alert text message from my credit card company that the purchase was declined, prompted me to reply "yes" or "no" to verify if the purchase was legitimate; and that the bank would allow the transaction to go through only if another attempt to purchase was made. I realized it was a potential scam and did not attempt to purchase again. I immediately received another text alert from the bank stating my credit card had been locked to protect my account, and a new one would be sent to me immediately.

Few days later, I noticed a charge of $109.50 was posted to my credit card statement, which indicate the alleged scammer, who had already obtained my previous credit card information, attempted to make another purchase. I contacted my credit card company informing the purchase was supposedly declined. Since I did not make another attempt to purchase, that means the alleged scammer made the purchase on my behalf and therefore, it was unauthorized. My credit card company issued a refund shortly after.

The alleged scammer stated they are "the first official postage brokerage company in the United States" with a corporate office in Fresno, CA. The "local" store address is listed as 1145 Wythe Street, Alexandria, VA 22324 on the "About Us" page, but the "Contact Us" page has 1100 Wythe Street as the address, which belongs to an actual USPS physical store. Upon researching the 1145 Wythe Street address, it did not appear to be a legitimate address. The closest street numbers show a row of residential homes.

I did receive the stamps in the mail, but I was not able to verify whether or not the stamps were counterfeit or legitimate.

There was a back and forth and the last email was from Kevin wanting to refund only 40%. I was given a tracking number and emailed by Bella then Kevin. We are sorry to hear that you haven’t received the parcel.

We did deliver it according to the correct address provided by you.

Our company have also suffered from heavy losses in the product.

But we can also understand as a customer you have spent the money did not receive the parcel of feelings.

As for this situation, may we suggest a 40% refund?

Is it acceptable for you?

Very sorry for all the inconvenience caused and hope for your understanding.

Chose several Stanely items, entered debit card information. Received an error message that the payment was declined, tried a credit card, same thing happened. I also sent an email, stating that I couldn’t pay for my order.

I ordered STOCK (not personalized) t-shirts from *********, *********, and geeksoutfit within minutes of each other. Received products from the other two vendors within a week of ordering and get NOTHING but excuses from geeksoutfit (through 1/2/24). They were by far the most expensive of the bunch and have the worst service. I’m at the point where I seriously doubt a product will ship. Lots of excuses from the support staff. Disputed the charge.

The items were shown as 3 dimensional but were only 2 dimensional of poor quality. I ordered on 12/16 & paid extra for fast shipping. After several emails that I sent complaining of their lack of response it took 5 days to ship & didn't arrive until 12/30. I also paid extra for gift boxes for 3 of the 6 items. None were gift boxed.

I bought a software license from this company. I used my credit card and their website indicated that the transaction was completed. I received a confirmation email from them. But, they did not deliver the software key or the download information. When I contacted the merchant they accused me of being a scammer and used foul language (which I did not). When I contacted the bank that issues the credit card used, they told me that the purchase transaction had posted and a credit had also posted. So, I didn't lose any money, but, the company (which I now distrust) has my credit card information. I canceled the card.

I ordered 2 items directly from this website on 11/20/23. They immediately took $89.90 out of my bank account and still when i check the order status it says "awaiting shipment". I've had several correspondence emails with the company asking where the items are, only to be met with "do you mind waiting a few more days?"

I ordered these items for my daughter for Christmas, which was almost a week ago, and the items were never delivered. I finally emailed them again and asked them to immediately refund my money and cancel my order.

I ordered a pair of boots online from “Coffeestrict”, and my card was immediately debited. When I try and track the order, it just moves around New York City. When I attempt to contact said company via their website, the email bounces back to me as undeliverable.

There was an unrecognizable charge on my charge card of $12.49 from a P1*FITCH8447067699.

I called the telephone number associated with the charge and I received a response from an Ashley, Ashley stated that the charge was from an online monthly supplement diet tracker. I told her that I did not order a monthly subscription and that I wanted the $12.49 removed from my credit card. She stated that the monthly charge was cancelled and the $12.49 would be credited to my account. Ashley gave me a Reference No: of 31745589. She stated that I would receive a confirmation email. I did not receive one. The $12.49 charge was removed from my credit card account, 30 minutes later.

The website masqueraded as Bath and Body Works. It advertised Black Friday deals with clearance items up to 90% off. I purchased a few candles and candle holders, totaling close to $40. The next day, I checked my email for tracking information and realized the confirmation email came from Risetor and not Bath and Body works. I immediately opened a dispute with my cc company. I reached out to Risetor for tracking information and received tracking information from China that never reached the US. Obviously the tracking number was fake. After I reached out again, I received notice that the email address was invalid. My credit card company did not receive a response from Risetor during their investigation The website was either spoofed from Bath and Body Works or hijacked during the checkout process. Risetor was never on the website or listed during the transaction .
