My son ordered clothes from this site. Shipping said 7 to 14 days. After 14 days he checked his confirmation number and it said not shipped. I tried to contact the company via email but the email adress was fake.

I purchased a video editor software from Flixier.com on 6/9/2024 , this software did not work at all and I was not aware of the monthly membership subscription for a free trial! They have no contact number in the USA! I tried to reach them several times by email and I get no response. On the same day I purchased I wanted my refund. They charged me again the amount of $14 on 6/22/2024 and on 7/14/2024. I had to call my bank and dispute these transactions. I did receive credit from my bank for both payments on 6/9 and 6/22 , bank is working on my other recurring payment placed on 7/14/2024, they could not find a contact number for this Flixier company either. I send them another email and I still don’t receive any response! I can’t cancel subscription on their website either. I am upset and I believe they are not a legit company at all , they are thieves and scammers. I want my $14 refund and resolve this situation canceling my subscription with this FRAUD COMPANY and never have to deal w this again!

Ordered a dog crate from the website and paid online. The crate never arrived. I attempted to contact the company via multiple emails with no response. The phone number is not in service. I tried messaging via social media platforms with no response.

The company is seemingly a website that sells dog items.

Purchase made and product delivered was inferior and unacceptable. Refund immediately requested within minutes. Seller refuses to refund. They scam people to purchase without seeing the information and then dont provide the product advertised.

I ordered expensive shoes through the snkrdunk app. The shoes I received were badly damaged and I questioned their authenticity. I reached out to snkrdunk and sent them photos supporting my claim. They were not helpful at all and refused to resolve my issue even in the slightest way possible. I would not purchase anything from this vendor as their customer service is absolutely terrible and once they have your money they will do nothing to help you if an issue arises.

I have written the company twice to refund money. Initially it said they were based out of California but now I cannot find an address, it says Lithuania.

VIVALANA used TikTok to advertise their accessories. I purchased a love bracelet for $9.99, an elegance nail gold bracelet for $6.99, a trinity stack bracelet (set) for $20.99 and was charged a total of $37.97 to my Apple pay. Despite contacting the merchant, and promising to re-send the items, to date, I have not received anything! I sent another note to VIVALANA today, 7/11.

I purchased a bathing suit from their website May 9, 2024 and received an order confirmation. On their website it states that order ship with 2-3 business days. By May 20th I still had not received a shipping confirmation so I emailed them (the only means of contact) and waited a few days but no response. I emailed again about a week later on May 28th, still no response. We are now in July and no bathing suit. They deducted the amount of the bathing suit on May 10th. Also, please note that on their site they mention "seen on Marie Clair, USA Today and ELLE", very reputable companies.

This was a FaceBook post. Beautiful, artificial flowers from Spain. If you go on their website or google them several people ordered at the same time and me and haven't gotten their order either. They claim because it was shipped they can't refund my money

ORDER PLACED 2-4-24. DIDN'T RECEIVE IT AFTER SIX WEEKS. EMAILED THEM, THEY CLAIM MAILED TO WRONG ADDRESS & WOULD SEND ANOTHER, THAT WAS SIX WEEKS AGO, ASKED ME TO BE PATIENT. MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS [email protected].

The seller was selling a test kid for allergies via instagram. The kit never arrived and no tracking number was provided. When I tried contacting via the email provided the response from the seller doesn't make any sense. I am confident that this is a scam.

Vernier Shop and Punovo are online companies that list products however when shipped a box full of paper and no product. When trying to get your money back you get an international call center and no response.

I wanted to purchase one TetraBeam flashlight. Somehow they had me ordering two. As soon as I read confirmation email, I contacted TetraBeam support. I told them I wanted to order only one, that I wanted to cancel the second one. They replied by telling me some things about VIP status, never mentioning cancelation. I got charged for two lights. And, they are not as advertised. Cheaply made and not as advertised.

I went on there website and I ordered a product and everything was legit so I thought. They sent me tracking information. I tracked and on the day that it said it was going to be delivered. I kept tracking it and it said it was delivered when I got home. It was not delivered when I checked the tracking. It said it was delivered in San Gabriel, California. Which is clearly not anywhere near where I look I reached out to them several times they have not answered me. There's no customer service phone number and only an email. I had even told them that I'm going to file a report for them. Scamming me or not refunding me my money and still no response..

I purchased a males engagement ring in April I never received the ring I reached out by email several times over the few past months to see what was going on with my order I didn’t get a tracking number or nothing they said the sent it but I never got it I even went to my bank to get a refund because they wouldn’t give me a refund back they told my bank I received the product and my bank declined the refund but I never received anything so they took my money and I never got my ring

There is no mention of them being digital books and when you contact customer service they give you a hard time on wanting your money back. They say that it stated they were digital in there terms and conditions section which you can't find on there site to read before buying. And their site states a 60 days money back guarantee that they won't honor.
