I found a website selling bracelets that I was interested in. After purchasing one of the bracelets and charms to go with it, I received only 3 out of the 4 charms I had ordered along with the bracelet. The material was not as advertised and the designs I received were of much poorer quality than what was advertised.

I purchased shirts from Guidingcross.com, as Christmas gifts. I received emails stating that they ran out of materials and that the products would be delayed. I explained that if they couldn't deliver by 12/22, that I wanted the order canceled. They would reply but just say that they were sorry but would ship when it can be made again. I said again, please cancel the order. I just get rote responses.

I will be reporting you folks to the Better Business Bureau.

I believe that I have been scammed for $111.46.

Even if you are legit. I have emailed multiple times to cancel my order and you have ignored each time. Very poor business practice.

Why don’t you understand??

I no longer want this order!!!!

Please cancel the order and refund my money!!!!

Stop telling me that you’re sorry it’s delayed but it will be processed soon.

I had to buy other gifts, so I do not want this order anymore!

i bought the averna cupping massager. i used paypal to pay for it. they offer a number of products and i believe their ad is on pinterest. i have contacted customer support 5 times, with the last time demanding a refund. they respond each time, but they respond with a slightly different in wording but same response of “here’s your tracking number. we want to make sure you get your order. thanks for reaching out…” the tracking shows it was transferred to a delivery service on december 2 and then disappeared. they keep sending me the same tracking and do not respond to me mentioning that tracking hasnt tracked for many weeks.

This company has a website for needle felting kits that was super cute and perfect for at home hobby or as a gift. I bought a few of them and that was 8 months ago. They claim they will research and nothing is done and just give excuses and I want my money back. I’ve filled a complaint with my bank and they said it can take 90 days to resolve (90 days is almost up). They scam people and they never said any product and it’s been going on for 8 months?! That’s ridiculous. I’ve been in contact with multiple people who claim they have escalated the issue and no they haven’t. That lie and take peoples money and do nothing aha hope you will stop emailing them. Shut this company down.

Adv. came up on Instagram for christmas sale clothing from Carters. Ordered pajamas for grand daughter never eceived a confirmation email or order number. Looked into further and credit card company said payment was made to company in france. Was fradulaent web site. Had to pur credit lock on credit reports and close credit card and order new one

The site I shopped on looked like an official site of Essential Hoodie, they are clearly stealing their images and acting like Essential Hoodie selling their products. The problem is you don't actually receive anything from this site. It wasn't until I placed the order and realized my order confirmation email came from an odd email address [email protected]. On the website it lists another email address for questions [email protected], this is also not a real email address. I emailed both emails listed and the [email protected] bounced back as undeliverable. I also filled out a contact us form on their website. My order was placed on December 13th. I have not received any other communications from them nor have they responded to my emails. I do plan on disputing the charges to my bank given the amount they took from me.

I ordered a "Wastnhuk Felt Christmas Tree for Kids Wall, DIY for Toddlers Set with 28 Ornaments, Christmas Decorations for Door Classroom Party" for my 15m old child. Within 3 hours the velcro was falling off of the ornaments and the product was not usable. Terrible quality. I posted this exact review with a 1 star rating on my amazon purchase from Yandls Storefront on 20 November 2023. On 19 December 2023 I was contacted by [email protected] asking me to remove my review in exchange for a $30 Amazon gift card or a full refund of the product to my PayPal account. I declined this offer and was again contacted on 21 Dec 2023 by [email protected] asking me to remove my review in exchange for a $50 Amazon gift card or a full refund of the product to my PayPal account. This company is based out of Nanshan District, Guangdong, China. This business is pressuring its customers who are leaving honest reviews to delete these reviews for gift cards. This is an unfair and deceptive action and is misleading for inquiring customers. Furthermore it is illegal to offer any form of compensation in exchange for reviews whether they be good, or the removal of bad ones. Please be aware of this company.

This company allows the user to buy credits to use for rendering drawings. My company paid for the credits to use. After a year, all of our credits were not used and we had well over 1,000 credits left. NEOFOYR took away all of our credits and took away all the projects we worked on and is forcing us buy again. When money is exchanged, a company should have what they paid for. This is a company that is based in INDIA.

Fraudulent company only accessing money and not giving the user what they paid for.

I would like to warn to order from voguehouselive, which offers cheap Anne Taylor like clothes.

They did not deliver the order in time and when I asked for refund, did not pay refund and they do not answer to my credicard service. Do not use.

I went to another site to locate a Hot Rod car, 1932 Ford 3 Window Coupe Light Blue strong 324 Oldsmobile small block V8 $15,800, that site brought me to their site as the seller of the car. They wanted me to send them only a wire transfer to their site. I told them I wanted to go to Philly to see the car in person, they said I could but it they would not be able to meet me until 12/20 or 12/21/23. I setup 12/21/23 as the meeting date, but they never gave me an address to the "warehouse" where the car was supposably kept at. I sent several emails, and they keep trying to get me to send the money and with a guaranteed 10 day look at the car, but only after the money was wired to them first. Their site still was up and running until this week and now you cannot send the emails or get to the site, everything comes back as non-deliverable.

Purchased a pair of shoes off Dance gaga website. The shoes they sent were not as pictured. They sent a different pair. They admitted it was the wrong pair, but would not reimburse me. They offered only to reimburse 30%. And I keep the ugly shoes. They sent me the wrong product. They should send me a shipping label and send the right product or reimburse me for the product. They did neither. They offered only a 50%coupon or 30% back. Beware if you get the wrong product you are stuck with it.

Photos of the product misleading - lead one to believe the product is larger than it actually is. When I tried to return, I was given an obscure address in Vietnam like one mentioned in another Scam entry on here. R2A Royal city, Thanh Xuan district, Ha Noi city, Viet Nam

Received wrong color and size...style not as shown on web site.....questionable quality...not even sure this is an actual Carhartt. Despite their posted return policy, they have been unwilling to honr a full refund and they pay shipping since it was their error. They have gone from 10% to 15% to 20% but I pay shipping.

I did an internet search for Taylor Swift merchandise and one of the top search results was for the website for which I am filing a complaint. The site looked like a legitimate business, purporting as Taylor Swift's official website to buy her merchandise. I purchased her tour clothing for Christm[censored]iday thinking that it would ship in a couple days. I followed up with the company's service email address and the email bounced back. I searched on the website for a phone number or other means of communication but did not find one.
