I thought I lost my birth certificate, so I was doing research on how to get a new one. This site came up and they had a decent score on Trust Pilot. I didn't realize they were a 3rd party site that essentially helps you to get your requested docs for an upcharge. After submitting my application/order, I received an email from them a few days later requesting more of my personal info (after having already given them my DL & SS # in my application). Something felt off, and I thankfully found my birth certificate in the meantime and decided to cancel the request with National Records. They literally have a button that says "cancellation requests" when I log into the account they made me make. I later got a phone call asking for more info on my cancellation. I explained and the woman said "Understood. You will get an email with a cancellation confirmation in the next 2-3 days." I got an email 2 days later telling me after careful consideration & evaluation there was nothing they could do and they couldn't issue the refund because I made an account & I was too far along in the process--even though they couldn't start the process because they didn't have all of my info. I then got another email the next day that said they need the rest of my info and said don't try and call my bank or credit card company to dispute the charge or else this would damage my credit score. I immediately called my CC company and had them dispute the charge and cancel the card. They also confirmed this "company" is located in Great Britain. I started doing more research online (Reddit) and saw that a lot of people have had similar issues when it comes to cancelling. It sounds like they just refuse to issue refunds so a lot of people have to file claims with their credit card companies And those that didn't cancel either never received their docs or were sent incorrect docs. I have no problem paying a 3rd party to help, but it seems like this company had no intention other than making money. Extremely unsettling that they have very identifiable info about me, but luckily I haven't seen much about people saying there were further issues in terms of ID theft. Just that the people at the company continued to harass them over email and would receive spam calls- not that much better. Still waiting to see if I will even get my money back. The fact that this website even pops up when people search for looking for ways to get something as serious as a birth certificate should be a major red flag. Extremely misleading. Hoping others don't make the same mistake as me.

I "purchased" a pair of HOKA Anacapa 2 Mid GTX Women's Hot Sauce/Shifting Sand - 9, B - Medium on https://mybestshoe.shop/ via Paypal. The email confirmation stated that my order had been received and I then had an Invoice from "Dave & Buster's Lubbock Coming Soon". Oddly enough I immediately received another email from the scammer that stated "Purchase Issue?" as the email title and the email stated "Hi Heather! We're having trouble processing your recent purchase. Would you mind completing it? To help make up your mind, we have added an exclusive 5% discount coupon 6IYOnM1T to your cart. Here's a link to continue where you left off:

Continue Your Purchase Now Kindly, wu BestShoes Shop. When I looked at the company website to be in touch there is no contact information only this customer service option Email: [email protected]. I've never heard back from the company. The website only shows the status of my order as "In Process" and this is going on months. Meanwhile Paypal is sending money to the scammer or "Dave & Buster's Lubbock Coming Soon" as they call themselves.

The scam offered a free prize of a musical recording device called AKAI Professional MPC One Plus. The advertisement asked 4 questions prior at first about the users age, house hold demographics and if they previously shopped at the store called Sweetwater. Then the link forwards you to an order page where it says "Your spot is reserved" with a countdown timer of 5 minutes and to pay $9.95 for shipping & handling. Also, at the bottom of the page there are popups that show supposedly orders being placed by other people in different cities.

This was an Instagram ad for a car vacuum. It was a buy one, get one free deal. The ad said it was shipped from Nevada. Another place said they ship all over Europe. When I completed the purchase the message said "good luck". They sent me an email that said thanks for my subscription. I checked my bank account and saw the charge for $9.95 that I expected. Then I got another charge for a meal service in the amount of $142. Showed up on my bank statement as something with POULTRY in the name.

I thought I was buying a long grill pan. I received an email that my item was purchase and they would contact me when it shipped. This was on January 22, 2024. I never received it. When I tried to inquire, I received no response. According to my credit card, it was coming from Hong Kong.

On Jan,19 2024, I was online shopping for a console table for my home. I came across this beautiful table on Litfad website, I made the purchase for $1016.12 by using Paypal as a payment gateway. I finally received the item on March 12,2024. I immediately opened the package to discover the item that was delivered is completely different from the one displayed on Litfad website. I contacted the seller through Paypal to make a complaint and also file a dispute claim with Paypal Though the Resolution Center. The seller responded days later by apologized and offered a discount to keep the item. My respond was negative, i wanted a return shipping label and a full refund. To make a story short, after several days of dispute, the seller agreed to return the money but under the condition that i paid to return the product. I replied, "absolutely NOT", if they want their counterfeit table back, they have to pay for the return shipping ,which is time consuming and very costly. Since i refused to accept that deal, days later Paypal Resolution Center ruled in Litfad favor so they got away with my money, I got stuck with a counterfeit item.I come to the conclusion that Paypal payment gateway platform is encouraging foreign scammers to take advantage of their system to con American online consumers.

I placed an order and paid extra fees for the order to be delivered on the same day, expected delivery on 4/1. On 4/1 I received an email that a hold was placed on the order. Note: I only received the notification that the order was placed on hold, with the note "Your order is being placed on hold. We have made sever attempts to contact you, with no response. Unfortunately, there is no sized specified in your order." I was never contacted by the company and when the order was placed, a size was entered. To resolve this, I attempted to call the 800 number and was on hold for 30+ minutes 2 separate times, never reaching someone. I also replied to the status email, with no recognition or response. I called the company again the next day and connected with someone on the phone who told me the order would now be delivered the next day (4/3, which was past the time I needed it delivered). The hold was resolved well before the "3pm cut off for same day delivery" but was told I need to pay even more to actually get it delivered that same day. Since this would make the order unusable at that point, I requested a refund. I have contacted the business repeatedly and have yet to receive no response.

The website links to ScamPulse.com accreditation for other businesses (https://samedayrushprinting.com/bbb.html) and claims an A+ rating, however the ScamPulse.com page for same day rush printing has an F rating (https://www.bbb.org/us/ny/new-york/profile/printers/same-day-rush-printing-0121...

The dress was delivered on 3/29/2024. The dress looks nothing like the dress online I purchase 3/1/2024. The fabric and style of the dress is totally different. Their saying dresses are handmade. This dress looks like it was made by a child. My daughter picked this dress out to wear to her prom 5/18/2024. I asked to return it. They do not pay or give shipping labels to return any purchases. I went to DHL to return the dress. It would have cost me $213 to return the dress. My daughter and I are highly disappointed. I wrote a review on the website; it was deleted. I communicated through email; this feels like a fraudulent game. I hope no one purchases another item from this place. It is definitely a scam and I hope this website is removed from offline.

They advertise there clothing online such as social media. I placed an order online for clothing. Wealthy dreams aspect took $84.21 from my cash app card immediately after placing the order which I never received. Never received shipping information nor received the merchandise. I sent them several emails and they never responded. There is no phone number listed for me to contact the company.

MY husband attempted to purchase an item off of this website on March 3, 2024 via online web payment with his credit card. It has been over a month with no product, shipping information, follow-up contact, or anything. There was no phone number listed on the website, just an email address and a chat button, which was automated. Upon further investigation of the website, we noticed various errors and that the URL did not match the website's name. After googling the website's name, the original webpage came up and we noticed he had been scammed.

- Sedley, VA, USA

The order was made through the website based off the photos and its description of authenticity.

After over 3/weeks I received the merchandise and to my dismay the package did not resemble nothing that I ordered.

Everything about the purchase was wrong and the smell of fresh glue engulfed my nostrils. The utter appearance is just shameful.

I thought I ordered through NastyGal.com, never received my items, contacted the service email and have been back and forth since. The scammer offered a 60% refund if I provided my credit card again, sent photoshopped refund images and fake refund numbers. Went back and forth via email 8 times, same response each time.

Signed up for laptop, which was advertised for 1.00 lottery. I was charged 9.68 plus 29.54 which was for a monthly ebook subscription. Upon speaking with Shy, she said I did not click off that I did not want this. But upon further research there was not any where to decline this subscription. I was able to get 50% back which will take 3 to 5 days to process. I do have cancellation number. So be awhere, this site is a scam. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves for allowing innocent people to get caught up in this scam.

They posted a sponsored ad on TikTok. A video of a femal(hands and screen only shown) on a computer or cell phone adding an iPad to her shopping cart ( website not shown) and then going to check out where she enters a promo code that drops the price down to $2.99. But once I checked out an attempted charge of $9.95 was declined on my account ( I purposely waited until I had $5 left in my account just in case it was a scam) The charge was listed from craftersdreamworld.com
