I ordered Christmas presents on Dec 3rd. The orders never came. It was 2 orders of 16 items each. The company was Hausad. They originated from China. I did not

know. I waited and watched for my

delivery and the last text I got claimed it was delivered to my front

door, Jan 4th at 9:15a. They were never delivered. There is no way to call this company nor do they

respond to their email. I later called

my bank and reported the fraud and ask for refund. I got it.

But I am still waiting for a third pkg. from another company called Orehea, which also originated from

China. That text came today saying it was delivered to my front

door. This door was in Florida. I live in Kentucky. I ordered this on Jan 5th. I did not know if the origins

until it was too late. I have not

received my refund from the third

order yet. But I called it to my bank

also. The delivery company for

these was called, Track 718. You

cannot reach them either. They should not get away with this. They

spoiled my Christmas and just because they are overseas, they should be banned from servicing

the US. I received nothing from anyone.

seller is defrauding Amazon customers by deception, he is taking money for goods and not delivering said goods, he does provide his customers with BOGUS tracking information for orders supposedly ship but never deliver, Amazon is still allowing this SCAMMER to offer products on their website but if you review the sellers profile he is in the process of defrauding 50+ customers

Ordered Jacket on December 23, 2022 and paid $90.00 via pay pal.

Fri, Jan 6, 1:44 PM received the following email.

Dear Customer,

Hope you are doing well. We apologize for the delay, please be informed according to our shipping department your area is remote and you need to cover the shipping cost for that. You need to pay $30 for the shipping. Please find the link below, once you did please share the screenshot with us.

Jacket-hub

Same date called Jacket Hub, as I wanted to make sure it was a legit email, especially since it seems the email was written in broken English. Spoke with Addie Brown and explained to her that I am in Nebraska, USA so not a remote area and that the offer I agreed to was free shipping. Addie could not express a valid reason and so I stated I wanted to cancel the order. Addie stated they would send me an email to follow, which stated there is a 30% cancellation fee imposed. I did call Addie back and informed them that Jacket Hub changed the conditions of the originally order and that I should not be penalized for a change in their terms. I expect a 100% refund on an order that hasn't even been shipped. Addie said it was out of his/her control and could not honor a full refund.

I contacted PayPal Master Card and spoke with the Dispute/Fraud Department. They did an investigation and sided in my favor. PayPal reversed the charges. I thought at this point I was done with this matter.

Received several phone calls and emails from Addie Brown, the last one was on January 20, 2023. Addie wanted me to cancel the dispute charge with PayPal so they didn't have that on their record. PayPal informed me that the dispute would be removed once the refund was issued from the seller, which I explained to Addie. Addie kept telling me it was my bank and I should be able to cancel it, etc., insert spam language here, etc. Anyway, when I told her that it is a trust issue with their Company as two emails report that the refund would be issued in 24 hours and the next one stated 5-6 business days. I told her again, dispute will be closed once the refund is issued. Addie became verbally abusive and started cussing at me. Told me I wasn't going to get any of my money back, etc. I hung up and blocked the number.

During some further research it does appear that this Company is actually based in Pakistan. I also think it is extremely coincidental that my cell phone has been blowing up with SPAM calls for the past several days.

I ordered a back seat dog shield. I received a harmonica a month later. The company indicated that they are now sold out (except the website indicates they have them in stock and they will arrive in 7-10 days) so they cannot send a replacement. First they wanted me to return the harmonica at my expense to China and then they'd refund my order. Then they were willing to refund the cost of the product but not the shipping (they say they don't earn the shipping cost). Then they have ignored me. So I have to dispute with my credit card.

So several issues:

1. website seems to be in California, but the product comes from China

2. several people online have had the exact same problem (literally--dog shield ordered, harmonica received, offer to refund all but shipping

3. Obviously a bait and switch to keep the shipping cost

I purchased clothing from the company on 12/13/2022 with shipping insurance, was guaranteed 5-7 day shipping, and never received any product. I proceeded to email the company after being told on 12/27/2022 that my items had been delivered. They had in fact never arrived. I continued to email back and forth with the company for several weeks trying to find out where my items were and they told me to check with my post office (they had no record whatsoever of the tracking number and said it was fraudulent), to ask my neighbours (none of them seen anything and they all have security cameras), and even offered to send my shipment out again (which I didn’t agree to). I asked them multiple times for a refund and they kept ignoring the fact that I had. I still have yet to receive any product or refund to this day.

Caller attempted to get elderly homeowner to sign over her title to cover owed back property taxes

ChickChirps was selling comfortors via Facebook. I paid for order. I tracked it everyday and they responded to an email saying it was in the way and then delivered. It was not delivered. I learned that it is a scam website.

I created my business a few weeks ago. Yesterday, Thursday 1/26, I checked my mail and saw that I received a letter from what I believe is a Scam called LLCS. The letter shows an address in Salt Lakes City, UT. The letter states that my business is required by Federal Law to post a current compliant labor law poster in the workplace, and they asked for me to send them $114.00 so I can receive that required poster from them. I knew it was shady automatically b/c when I created my business, I checked off I didn't have any employees. Also the address on the return envelope included in the letter has an address that's listed in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and not Salt Lake City, UT. If anybody receives a letter from a "company" called LLCS that's asking for money in order to get a current compliant labor law poster, ignore it, it is most likely a Scam!! Be careful everyone!!

Found a product I was looking for on their website. Ordered it and it charged my credit card. Never received a confirmation # or email. Emailed both their support emails and tried to call both numbers. No responses from all lines of communication. Websites reroute between two different companies. Don’t fall for it

I ordered a 20 piece set of cast iron cookware advertised on line and they sent me a "scarf". Not just from San Bemardino, CA, but LDuPont ,WA, they sent a tool.

Purchase on 12/14/22, never received product nor the promised email when they shipped. 1/11/23, they hit my card again and was declined. I reached out for a refund, they responded back and said cal support, did so, left message, followed up with an email. This went on. With them stating they closed my account but did refund money for non-delivered order. This went on until 1/25/23 when they informed no refunds or returns after 30 days. I file a dispute on line with bank and filed a complaint with Florida Atty General. These guys are crooks.

Attempted to install Uber to my phone and page appeared for information and payment and funds were taken.

small farm operation, excellent grass fed beef/meat

bought 1'st package and tasted great, bought a BOGO promotion and it was never delivered, a bunch of email back n forth , finally I cancelled the order and they refuse to give me back my money

Promised an NFL gift box with 5 items.

I purchased an electric vehicle for my 4 year old son’s one and only Christmas gift on 11/26/22 and he opened it on 12/25/22. My son’s car broke after 3 hours of drive-time. I attempted to contact R&G Toys (electrickidcars.com) however their voicemail states that they “are not accepting phone calls due to high volumes during the holiday season”. I called them on 1/13/23. As advised in their voicemail message, I emailed their customer service team on 1/13/23, 1/18/23, 1/26/23 explaining the damages and situation. To date, I have received 0 response from this company. In doing additional extensive research, I have found countless consumer complaints on 3rd party review platforms. This website clearly filters user posts, and only displays positive reviews on their webpage. It is really sad that a “USA based company” and its owners feel no remorse scamming people who try to purchase gifts for their children.

I am currently working with paypal to dispute the charges, attached is the original order info and my two emails sent with no response.

Tried to book 2 rooms/2 nights online and was shown the price of $82/83 per room per night plus tax. It wasn't until after I confirmed payment that I discovered I would also be charged a $189 additional fee because it wasn't the hotel website as I was led to believe, but reservations.com. The confirmation came from confirmations at hotelvalues.com, and when I tried to cancel the room I was sent to getaroom.com. I received a confirmation stating the room had been cancelled but called to confirm, and it was never cancelled. I called the "getaroom.com" number first and was instructed to call the hotel directly. The hotel couldn't find a reservation at all and sent me to Priceline, Priceline sent me to an unnamed "third party affiliate" and the third party affiliate called another "third party affiliate" and finally gave me the actual Hilton confirmation numbers. I used those to call Hilton and discovered that the rooms had NOT been cancelled. The hotel agreed to approve a refund, but the scammers are still charging me the ridiculously high additional fee plus a percentage of the room. Complete scam artists.

I ordered a front bumper from there website that never showed up. Still haven’t received my refund order was placed on 12/29/2022.

The Home Health Store of Tomball, TX fraudulently obtained my wife's Medicare ID # and billed for products (diabetic glucose monitor & supplies) that were never prescribed nor ordered. We never heard of this store, nor the prescriber (James Reichman). No one here has diabetes. We have never had any health care in Texas and have never ordered medical supplies from anyone there. Check the reviews on the Internet. They are full of fraud reports just like mine.

A pop ad came up on my elderly mothers phone, she clicked on it. It said "Enter to win a free IPhone" and she entered it... what it did not say was that it was 89.99 per month. I have called the # on her that was listed on her bank acct that was with this charge and they would not give me the business address... they said she entered a sweepstakes and agreed to pay 89.99 every month to enter it!
