I pre-ordered 2 times including patreon monthly from her back in march of 2022 and again in June of 2022. She hasnt shown proof of production as well as changed her refund policy 3 times in the span of months i have emailed her asking for a refund. I first asked for a refund back in December of 2022. I have many screenshots but i dont know how to upload more than 1 i am more than willing to send you everything i have

Nyxxi Pins started a patreon where they promised a pin a month for a monthly pledge. In addition to the monthly pin, she offered patreon backers the opportunity to purchase exclusive pins on her website. I subscribed for 4 months and purchased 4 exclusive pins during that time. It became clear that she never put the pins into production and used that money for her own personal purchases. She collected several tens of thousands of dollars from people online and for hundreds of pins that she never put into production. She refuses to refund buyers and insists that the pins will be produced. I have been waiting for nearly 2 years.
