I didn't respond to the scammer, so I've provided no information or money. I got two texts from them. The first one said, "ACTION REQUIRED: Your NY HealthPlan requires attention. Call (855) 572-6401 TODAY to enroll/renew before the Open Enrollment deadline! STOP:Opt out" sent Wednesday Jan 31 at 12:12 PM. The second one said, "URGENT: Last Chance to enroll & renew your NY Health Policy. Don't lose coverage! Call (855) 572-6401 TODAY to enroll/renew coverage! STOP: Opt out" sent 2/8/24 at 1:36 PM.

Looking up the number online, I don't get any results for legitimate agencies or businesses with that number, just reports of a scam. The text message itself says it was sent from 844-880-7434.
