I receive a letter asking me to pay NY CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE $87.25 Which I mail a money order to them, later I found out it a scam... Whats goin on with this Country how do we know what is right and wrong. I Blame The state for letting this happening, they should have update their site and letting people know a scam is going on in the city and let the public aware of this scam... am not happy about this.. I believe someone in the state and office working for government office know everything about this, because on the letter I can see my document number and all information, how did scammers know when I register and business ... only those in Government office know it.

Attached is the letter of scam I received from the address listed in complaint, to send check or money order in the sum of $87.25 to confirm my status below, for certificate of status request from, in addition I blocked out my business name and address for my safety, but I didn’t send any money , this letter was very sketchy claiming to be from the state but there wasn’t a state letterhead on the letter and further in the letter where the payment fee is, in small writing states that “ this is not a government Agency “
