Type of a scam Online Purchase

Used a webpage given out over the TV. Had seen the ad many times so decided to try. I ordered and received an email letting me know my product was being shipped. I never received the product. When attempting to contact company through the webpage I could never get anyone to answer. They just sent me a link and said to get help that way or to hold until the next representative was available. I held for over an hour and then did click on the link. The page would never allow you to say ‘I never received the original order. Then I received another email on June 1 saying they were sending me my second order and that my account would be drafted $49 on June 6.

I will get with my bank and dispute this. I also attempted to contract company again, but the same thing. No one answered and no way to let them know on their webpage.
