I got an ad for a sale on nuna baby products and as a first time mom who had never visited the real Nuna website I thought this was great! I added the items to my cart after doing some research on what type of nuna carseat and stroller I wanted and proceeded to checkout. In hindsight I realize how dumb I was to continue but the site took me to PayPal to complete the transaction. To be fair some websites do give the option to pay with afterpay, PayPal etc... so I didn't think much of it. Immediately upon my phone taking me to PayPal it was like my phone glitched and make the purchase, and it wasn't even for the same amount that my cart totalled to. Right then I knew it was a scam. I checked my email and PayPal sent me an email confirmation that I had just purchased something from an Asian merchant (I couldn't read the name). I then read other reviews where the same thing has happened and the seller is even able to send PayPal a tracking number for "your order" if you file a claim. This is exactly what happened to me! I haven't received a single item (not that I wanted the items at this point or trusted to use them for my child), yet the seller was able to get the dispute closed in his favor because he provided a tracking number and "confirmation" that I received my order. Thankfully PayPal has been extremely helpful and reopened the case to be closed in my favor resulting in a full refund of $149. So I write this review in hopes that someone will hopefully see this before getting scammed by these people OR read this after for some help and a reference to use for contacting someone at PayPal! And to the horrible persons that are scamming money from new moms: f you! You lost!
