When I initially called NuGlo (their website is NuGlo) to find out what my charges were going to be since they did not show this I was told that I would be charged an additional 94.00 in addition to the total of the products which was 40.53. They also told me that I was signed up for a monthly subscription of over 200.00. I advised them that I did not want the subscription but was told that I would have to wait until after I received the initial products in order to cancel the subscription. When the cost of the products (40.53) cleared I called the bank and cancelled my card and ordered a new card so that they could not get another 94.00. When I called them again (I used email [email protected] too) to cancel the subscription they told me that I needed to call my bank to release the 94.00 that I agreed to pay (which I did not). I again advised them that I wanted to cancel the subscription. They again told me that the subscription could not be cancelled and that I would be receiving more products and that I still owed them 94.00. I advised them that I would refuse delivery of any further products and that I was not going to pay them 94.00.
