I bought my mini projector in August 2020 also. I never received the product either. 2 weeks after ordering I got email about the delay. I have emailed them countless times asking for an update. Still never received a reply. I am so upset.

I ordered one projector back in August 2020 as a gift for my daughter. Still have not received it. I have tried to get my money back. Bank was after 30 days so couldn't there. I emailed and emailed the company. Never a reponse. I am very frustrated about this. That's my hard earned money.

I odered 2 projectors and a screen (back in July, 2020)...Nothing! I waited for my order to come, Nothing! Even received an email telling me my order was delivered to the nearest postal drop off (Walgrens)...Nothing! Went to my bank for them to investigate charges..."...Its after the 30 day period for the bank to investagate" I've emailed a couple of times...Nothing! I've been screwed out of my money! This is crazy! After reading most of these complaints, its really disturbing that this "company" can get away with this. So upset!

Ordered online after following a Facebook link - dont normally trust them but like an [censored] did this time. Same story - confirmation email - delayed shipping, have a free gift then Nada!
If you paid by Credit Card - file a card dispute - show the evidence that you have purchased the items and not received the goods and that you have attempted repeated contact without success. The CC will refund you your money and take up the case with the vendor instead. Credit card guarentee - it can take a while but worth it!

I bought two projectors from their website (saw the advertising on instagram so I thought it was real - also their website was full of fake reviews which made it look even more legit).
Like everyone else here I only received an email saying that my package was delayed and therefore they would give me extra items as a gift. Never received anything, tried to email them twice without response and when I tried to search for their website again today it appeard that it no longer exists.
I am beyond sad and ashamed for this happening to me, I am already very short on money and paid for the items in a currency different and more expensive than mine. Sad to think people still do things such as create fake websites to steal the money other people worked hard for.

I saw the advert on instagram too, DONT BELIEVE ADVERTISING IN SOCIAL MEDIA, SPECIALLY INSTAGRAM!
I am beyond sad and frustrated, they are just taking peoples money without a care. Also, their website was full of fake revies which made it look very real.

Who really has the time nowadays to make fake pages of any sort?! Sad but it happens...I just want my money back, an for the person who did the scam, Karma's coming for you. And as for these companies who say their security is safe for online shoppers is a crock. Who can I contact about this matter because my kids are looking for a projector I NEED ANSWERS!

Don't trust the ads on social media! After I ordered one on September 4th, I checked the website but found that the website didn't exist at all. Just like everyone else, received nothing but an email with a discount code.

i have ordered 2 of the projectors and i sent out multiple emails and i got only one reply stating that i would receive it soon with extra things included in my package and its been over 3 months now and still nothing i want a refund!
