Told they would transfer a refund of $290 to my checking account for canceling Norton Anti-Virus. After entering that amount into their "refund form," they indicated that $29,000 had been transferred to me and told me I urgently needed to send that money to them. I confirmed with my bank that no such transfer had occurred.
