The scammer messaged me on 12/18/23 and wanted to schedule an interview for a position. The interview was scheduled over zoom team chat. Once the hiring process was completed, they presented me with a list of materials I was told I had to buy to fulfill the position. They kept delaying it to or not answering me. They then told me I had to buy a gift card for their vendor to receive the rest of my materials and paperwork after they told me they were going to email it all to me. I followed their instructions and it turns out I lost $300.
