Type of a scam Online Purchase

Placed order on website. Received a shady confirmation of the order. Company says on site in Augusta, Ga. After 2 weeks I called the number on the site. It was a restricted number. I sent a few emails requesting to cancel my order. A few days later I call the “customer service” number I found in order confirmation email. The phone number I called was in California. The “customer service” rep sounded like she was from Calcutta but said she was in CANADA. Oh and her name was “Mary Smith or Jones”. I told her to cancel my order. She said it shipped that day. I asked for a tracking number and who was delivering it. She gave me a “tracking number” that was a 5 digit number that was the same as my order number. As a USPS City Carrier I know that’s bogus. I call her out on it and she hangs up. I call back and a different woman with the same accent tries saying her name is the same then hangs up after I call her out.
