I ordered June 20th 2023. Money withdrawal right away, still haven’t received the order. I’ve email them more than 10 times with no reply. What can I do to get my refund.

I was scrolling social media . I saw an advertisement for Nordstrom Rack. I clicked on the advertisement for purses. I selected three purses for a total of $128.79. Purchase made June 13, 2023. I provided my debit card number. The funds were withdrawn right away. I received my order July 5th. The purses were very poor quality. They were to be Marc Jacob purses. They were paper thin. They are supposed to be leather purses. I had no way to reach them. I filed a dispute with my bank. They advised me to contact Nordstrom. I contacted s store and could not understand the manager. They encourage people to go to Nordstromrack.com. It was not the companies actual website. It is a scam on social media.
