Door to door paid 50.00 for service after which 2 months later tried to cancel and wanted a 229.00 to cancel. Any company that won’t let you cancel your service is a sham. Don’t deal with this company.

Stay away from this company! We have been customers of NOMO for almost a year and in that time, we have had services last less than 5 minutes as the technicians cut corners and try to move on as quickly as possible. The services are not effective as we still had pests. In addition, this company has a shady cancellation policy that was not explained to us whatsoever. They “discount” the services but if you need to cancel for any reason you owe the amount of the discount back—even if the services are less than what you were promised (note my comments on the cutting corners on monthly services). We were so happy to have only one service left before we could cancel but of course—in true NOMO fashion they cancelled our last service—I requested that the service just be cancelled and that the (bogus) cancellation fee be waived since our appointment was cancelled by them—of course the answer was no but they said they would send someone else out—we received a call from a lovely gentlemen who apologized profusely about the experience we had received and said unfortunately there are “bad apples” who work for NOMO but that he would like the opportunity to make it right and that he would be out that same day and would try to get ahold of the owner. It has been 4 days since that conversation and we have not heard back from the owner, customer service and no technician has been to our home to complete the last service. I have tried to give them every opportunity to make this right before I posted this. Unfortunately, I believe Jonathan (NOMO employee) was right, there are MANY bad apples at this company, and I do not suggest them for any service. I hope they can make this right—but I doubt it. SAVE YOUR MONEY and choose another company. If you do not believe me-- search NOMO Pest Control on Facebook (they don't have a profile but there are many complaints in community and neighborhood groups).
ALSO beware of fake reviews left by those who work for the company.

Worst experience ever I have paid over 200$ so far and my concern wasn’t taken care of. Got another company to come out and service and then they want to tell me about a cancellation fee of $259. Which I’m not paying it. They missed a service, and that’s when I figured based on the service agreement I have the right to brake this agreement as they also did.

Door to door salesman came to our home ( new home owners), offering pest control. It sounded like a good deal so we bought the service and gave our debit card number. Our card was charged, but they didn't come out to perform the service. We called the phone number they provided. The lady answering said she checked with the serviceman, he told he did come out but he'd come back. He didn't come, so we called again. the lady said the serviceman told her he did come back, but we waited at the front door and never saw him.

We told the lady to cancel our service, called our bank and got our card number changed.
