bought the screen saver in April, installed it per their instructions, fell off my phone a few days later during normal use.
contacted Opcte, started getting strung out with the same response many times, customer service policy says i could get replacement or my money back. neither was offered but life memes and not focusing on the issue. contacted paypal and was denied through their refund process after supplying all factual evidence. contacted my bank and they said they wouldn't because of some internet law , but have gotten all kinds of refunds because of illegal activity before. i have pictures and many emails/screenshots to back my claim. all i want is my money back!
