They also use [email protected], ksd1.klaviyomail.com . I wanted to place an order for a custom paint by numbers painting. They said i just needed to submit a picture and they will design it and ship it out. I got a confirmation email when i placed my order a few weeks before Christmas but then i didn't hear anything from them. The tracking number they sent me does not work and they do not reply to my emails. They have no contact info on their website. When i went to their Facebook site, that is where i found out a lot of other people had the same thing done to them. Examples of the email they sent me is attached.
