I purchased an inflatable hot tub in July 2020. It is not functioning and I have contacted them to enquire about replacement parts/repair under warranty. They do not respond to my email. Their phone number 866-861-9095 advises that due to high volume they are not accepting phone calls. The only way to contact them is via email. The website I purchased from ended in ".ca" but the company is in the UK - something I did not realize until I was charged duty to receive the shipment in August.

The operator's manual does not provide any further contact information for this product, my only avenue is through the company I purchased.

If you Google New World Sports Reviews there is a very long list of customers with similar complaints. I wish I had seen this before I purchased this item, perhaps I would have purchased elsewhere.
