Type of a scam Investment

Deposited a few dollars was trying to use the locked in funds feature to build the money up. Then I tried to withdraw I couldn’t I contacted them…the said the us.sec had suspected my account because I didn’t trade which is very weird. I kept on asking them to unfreeze it because it didn’t make any sense. The next thing I get blocked out finally.

I got a wrong text in April and the lady Serena said she was Asian from Hong Kong living in NY and was a fashion designer. She got me into bitcoin trading via Coinapp and Neptuneking.vip. I have all the texts I did with her. I lost all my savings $15 K. She convinced me that I had accumulated $253 K in Neptuneking. In Sept I tried to get some of it out and was told that I had to pay 5% tax up front from an outside source for the first withdrawal. It was going to be almost $12 K that I didn't have. Then I was told it would have to be paid within 15 days or I would lose all of it. Then they said I had to wire transfer it and after they gave me the wire transfer address, I would only have 2 hours to send it. I didn't send any money. Also about that time, I got another wrong text from a lady named Lina. She said she was an Asian from Singapore living in NY as a fashion designer. That is what made me realize it was a scam.
