I ordered from a company advertising on Meta. I placed the order and paid by credit card. I contacted them to find out about my order as I hadn’t received it. They said they would track it with the assigned tracking number. They got back to me with the tracking information which says it was delivered to my postal address. I have a residential post box. It wasn’t compromised or broken into. I went to Canada Post who advised that they don’t use other companies tracking numbers, only their own. There is no way for a delivery company that is not with Canada Post to have access to the mailboxes. For this company to say it was delivered is not accurate. They would have no way of knowing unless they switched to a Canada Post tracking number once goods arrived in Canada. I asked for a Canada Post tracking number which they did not provide. They probably don’t have one. They first offered a 30% refund and after pressing them on this issue a 70% refund. I want the items I ordered to be delivered or a 100% refund. I don’t see why the consumer should take the loss. I want to warn others not to deal with this company. It is a risk. Actually, because they were untruthful about the delivery, they are a high risk.

I placed an online order for willow tree figurines with this company. I received an order number, and had to ask for a tracking number. I checked back to see about the tracking. One week ago, it said it was delivered to my address. I never received my package. I contacted them through email. We went back and forth. They wouldn't give me a full refund, but only 50%. I know it was only $18, but it is the principle of it all. No new order, just 50% back. Customer service is terrible. The company needs to track down my package. They have the means to do so, I don't. They lost a customer for sure
