I came across neakasa.com on Facebook through an advertisement. I clicked on it and it took me to their website link: https://neakasastore.com/magicpro-us?fbclid=IwAR2UP03lZRftfX8n2dMPI5dvbTos6eLDMY...⇄ I then ordered their MagicPaint™ item with a prepaid card on December 9th, 2023 with a payment of $6.95 (Not 65). After I submitted my information, the page said, "Thanks for entering the sweepstakes!" There was no e-mail confirmation of my order nor was I given a tracking number. I did contact two e-mails from them: [email protected] (On December 10th, 2023) and [email protected] (On December 9th, 2023). I never heard back from the first e-mail, but only the second e-mail. Help Files claimed that they couldn't find any information from me. I told them that I never signed up, but simply ordered from neakasa.com and provided them the exact link. I also told them the message on the page that came up after I ordered. The only proof I have is on my statement, which I have attached a screenshot of (without any personally identifiable information), of course.
