I received a call from (470) 804-0138 asking if I was going to be home tomorrow so I can be served papers. They then told me to call (832) 737-0410 w/ reference ID # AB450479 to find out more about the Civil matter. Upon calling the 832 number, the guy on the line said I had a civil suit from Capital One against me. He gave me the last four digits of the credit card number 6250 and said I owed an outstanding balance of $5,568.96 or I could settle it for $1,856.32. He had my SSN and a previous address.
