Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

It offers to legalize American cars to Mexicans and other services to defraud Latino people and gives all the documents that are false. Charge through the bank since it does not have paypal. It is still on Facebook announcing itself, there is already a report in the FBI.My daugther is in the Army.I couldn't write that down.
