This is the second time I have received an invoice from this company ($589.29) for Multi Purpose Cleaner/Degreaser. Last time I called and they said the invoice was sent by mistake. This time I did not call. If you put their name in google search you will see many reviews of how they scam people into paying these invoices. I'm sure they are hoping many large corporations will receive the invoice and just pay. Please make everyone aware that this is a scam!

SCAM invoice/order. Nationwide Chemicals mailed a document which looks like an invoice but actually is an Order Form for $591.79. It includes a payment section and tear off stub to include with the payment. Normally I would just toss in the trash. Seems others have received the same thing - thought worth reporting.

Received an "Order Form" that is disguised to appear as an invoice for a product that has been ordered with a freight charge. The bottom of this "Order Form" has the slip that says to include it with the check and has the remittance address. They sent this to both of my businesses. It looks like I ordered something from them and owe them money.

This is a complete scam.I plan on reporting them to the US Post Master for Mail Fraud. It is a federal offense.

Received an invoice for multipurpose concentrate cleaner for $591.79. *** *** * ***, DID NOT ORDER THIS.

Tried calling the 800#, just rings, then wants you to leave a vm.

It is addressed to *********, and the date on the invoice is 4/26/21. ********* has been bought out by *** for over 2 years.

This is fake, it is a scam! Thank Goodness, i tried calling to see what this was all about, then went to their website, and the first item on google, pulls up that this company is known for sending out fake invoices.

We received an order form for multi purpose concentrate cleaner and degreaser form Nationwide Chemical LLC that was never ordered. The order form comes with an amount owed. It seems that they hope someone will just pay it without asking questions. Luckily we have an approval process and it was caught. I can only imagine how many accounting departments get one of these and just pay it. Don't fall for it.

Received an order form/invoice for multipurpose concentrate cleaner and degreaser for 4 each quantity (no actual unit of measure listed) for $588.67. This is listed like an invoice showing shipment coming from FedEx and to make the check payable to Nationwide Chemicals. Stating "Thank you for your Business!" This is a scam as we do no use this product! They send invoices like this to companies in hopes that they will pay. I called to tell and the guy that answered did not even use the business name. When I asked if this was Nationwide Chemical he said "oh ya" I said I did not order this material and we do not want it, we will decline it if it comes in and he asked for the sales order number and when I gave it to him he hung up on me. THIS IS NOT AN ACUTAL BUSINESS THIS IS A SCAM!!

Received an invoice in March for shop cleaner along with shipping charges. It gave a reference number to include on the check. We threw it away because we knew it was fake. When I called they couldn't produce a tracking number.

Yesterday, we received three invoices in the mail, all dated April 1. ID Ref-19258/17433 and 18452. They all were for 4 each/ Multi-Purpose Concentrated Cleaner and Degreaser for Car/Truck/Shop Wash for the amount of $129.95 each totaling $519.80 per invoice plus had the standard shipping charges of $64.59-$67.69. Don't let this slip by your payables and get paid.

Received an invoice for Automotive Dealership supplies (Qty 4 - Multi-purpose Concentrate Cleaner and Degreaser: Car Wash / Truck Wash / Shop Wash) for amount of $129.95 each totaling $519.80 plus standard freight shipping amount of $52.79 and no tax added, for a grand total of $572.59. This is the second time we've received an invoice like this for similar items that our company did not order. We only order from local vendors in our area of South Carolina. The first time it happened, they were contacted immediately and we were told that it was a mistake and was only a "Quote" for the products, of which I promptly refused to purchase and explained the reason why. I was told to tear it up and they would take us out of their system. Now, after a month has gone by, the same thing has happened. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! They are SCAM ARTISTS who should be in jail!!

Nationwide Chemicals sent me an invoice for something I did not order along with the cost, and remittance information on where to send a check. When I called them they said "well that is not an invoice, but just a quote" - it is clearly a deceptive scam to get people/companies to blindly send them money for something they did not purchase.

They mail out "order forms" that look like invoices with "sales ID" reference numbers and other official looking fake "details" to try to get companies AP departments to mistakenly send them money thinking they are paying for something that was actually already ordered. They are such a scam operation! Don't fall for it! I had to go around our company and ask each project manager and superintendent whether they ordered this material. It was a complete waste of my time.

Received an order form made to look like an invoice for shop clean degreaser for $579.79. Nobody in the company had ordered anything so I called the number. First he tried to verify that my address was correct. When I told him that I wanted them to stop sending me fake invoices or I would call my lawyer he tried to assert that it was only a quote and not an invoice. I told him that there was no mention of the word quote anywhere on the page and to never contact my company again.

My accounting department submitted an invoice to me for approval. This invoice is for something we have never purchased at all. We do NOT use this chemical in or facility. When I called the phone number to ask who placed the order, the guy let me know that it was not an actual order, but a "quote" instead. I asked who requested the quote, he said they would remove us for them list and not bother us again. This is the 2nd time in 2 months we have gotten one of these fake invoices. I can only imagine how many people accidentally pay this bill.
