I received a voicemail on my business line on 8/26/2025 stating the following: "I received a fax order in regards to a complaint in the process of being filed this morning. The attached was a phone number for National Asset Management 833-795-5753. The attached was also an extension of 112. The attached was also attached to a case number. You do have the legal right to be transferred to a case manager by pressing 1. You have officially been notified. Good luck." The person speaking almost sounded as if they were trying to suppress laughter when telling me I 'had the legal right to be transferred to a case manager', and then almost gleefully saying 'Good luck'.

Received voicemail stating " This is Stacy Barber calling from National Asset Management in regards to a civil complaint that has been filed against either you, your social or someone associated with this phone number. I need an immediate callback from either you or your legal representative today at telephone number 833-795-5753 again that number is 833-795-5753. Good Luck".

I don't think a professional place of business dealing with sensitive concerns such as a civil complaint would be met with such nasty hostile attitude along with a sarcastic good luck at the end.

Hi,

This is to confirm that the recent collection calls being made are not from me, Patrice Branch. That is my legal name, and I do not make collection calls.

The person behind the harassing calls is Seaira Austin, who also goes by “Sage” on social media. She’s not licensed and is using fake names and businesses to call people. She is working with a man named Darren Abrams, who is allowing her to run this illegal operation.
