FREE SAMPLE of CBD Oil and then charged my credit card several times. I called them and they told me that after the 30 day period my credit card is automatically charged. There may have been small/fine print that I did not see. I cancel and asked for a refund for the sealed bottles of CBD that I did not use but was told that only the recent ones qualified for a refund. When my wife mentioned the Better Business Bureau to them they stated to us both [phone on speaker], that NOW $79.92 would be refunded immediately and if I sent back to them two of the sealed bottles of CBD to them with a tracking number and call them with that number then I would be refunded $72.66. I called them with the US Postal Tracking number and mailed the items to them. I received 7 emails from them with only the mention of $35.00 that would be refunded to me from order # ******. I believe this business practice is bad and the customer service much worse.

Napa Farms CBD used Bruce Springsteen as a spokesperson so I thought it was legitimate. I ordered "samples" of CBD tincture & CBD capsules which cost $15.58 (supposedly for shipping). After giving them my card info ,along with name ,address, phone & email, I went to check out. Something didn't look right about the invoice so I went to the website. There, many people stated it was a scam & they had been charged large amounts of money for products not ordered. Also, the company falsely uses famous people to sell their products (e.g., Michael J. Fox, Bruce Springsteen). I received the products yesterday and sent the company an email stating that I no longer wanted any products from them. Their response stated that if I didn't return the products by 8/3/21, I would be billed $19.87 and $19.71. Further, they don't refund "shipping" costs. So I've been scammed out of $15.58. When I bought the products, none of this was made clear in the information provided. Had I known, I never would have gotten the products in the first place. They advertised the products as "free samples" to try out the products. Tomorrow, I'll return the products, which are un-opened. This is a fraudulent company. I'm notifying ScamPulse.com to warn others.
