Type of a scam Online Purchase
After fighting with them trying to resolve it we settled with a 60% refund in March 2023. I have yet to see a refund, so I contacted them again by email this month to see if I could possibly get the original order or demand a 100% refund. I did mention that I felt they were scammers because most companies would have just replaced the order if there had been a problem. Still I got the same emails with the same information. I received emails from Cary, Eda, Coco, Martina, Amber, Vivian, Di, Violet. I have all correspondence between myself and the company.
