Scam!

Same as all if the other reviews you have read. Ordered a sweatshirt in January and have never received it. Emailed them a dozen times, it was always lost or on its way. False tracking was provided. DO NOT order from this company!

I order 2 t-shirts of Migraine Warriors for women and receive 2 man t-shirt of pancréatic cancer survivor. I sent them the picture and just the way they answer my mail I knew something was false and wrong with this company. They said they are gonna send my order again but I never received anything and they dont answer me anymore for many weeks .
It’s been 6 weeks now and I begin to understand that I’ve been stolen

SCAM and refusing to refund

I ordered from them 3 months ago and the package was never received in Canada. They set up an electronic tracking number but when I spoke with Canada Post, they never physically received the package. You can only communicate with them by email and they always tell you to wait, they need more time, that the online system at Canada Post must be wrong, etc. All to avoid a refund which on their website, they state they refund if a package has not been delivered.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!
All of their information is fake! They are NOT Canadian based company they are Chinese. It shows your order bouncing around in China, but it never leaves to its destination. I should have read the REAL reviews first. Reading these other people being scammed I would have never placed my ordered. Another red flag I should have realized was when I didn’t want to order the first time and think about it more cuz my gut was saying otherwise, they emailed me once I left my cart and offered a discount. Which is another scammer flag. Boy, do I feel dumb for not trusting my gut! The information they provide leads to no where. Their phone number is a Tim Hortons!

Scam - Not a Canadian company and online items are not sent

I placed an order November 2020 and as of yet have not received any of the items. I get the same lame excuse that the tracking is not in real time from their customer service. The tracking stops at Dec 2nd 2020. I only ordered through this company as I was trying to find specific adult size shirt with kids design for someone with special needs. This company should be banned to operate in Canada.

I have ordered a hoodie for my daughter thinking it was a Canadian company that is actually based here in canada only to discover it is a Chinese company in china and i was so naive not to check the address of the company or research about it and tried to cancel but i got no reply

Terrible Quality and Design

I purchased a shirt from what I thought was a Canadian company. I tried to cancel once I realized that it wasn't a Canadian company. They conveniently didn't respond to my request. I also tried to get my money back through PayPal. They have told me that I need to send the shirt back. I am refusing to send the shirt back to China when the company claims to be in Quebec. This isn't over!

Very unhappy with the service. I ordered shirts for the Ovarian Cancer Walk for September 12, 2021 - the shirts were stamped and therefore cannot be used any other time. I ordered them August 23, 2021 from what I thought was a Canadian company and believed the order would be expedited. The shirts finally arrived on September 15th, 2021 (3 days after the event). I lost more than $100.00 and also had some very unhappy Ovarian Cancer survivors. I found out that the shirts were sent from China (no wonder it took over three weeks). When I contacted the company their response was - so sorry the delay is due to the pandemic. I will be contacting the Ovarian Cancer head office and advising them of the situation. I will ask them to post it on their website and so when then huge annual event comes in the future I hoping no one will order from the sham company. Posing as a Canadian company should be illegal as it is fraudulent advertising.

I was very disappointed in the quality and fit of the t-shirt I ordered. It was advertised as an adult men's large, but fits more like a small/medium and it was wider than it was long. If it were to be washed it would undoubtedly be further ruined. Also, the screen print of the logo was incredibly low quality (aliasing on all edges - looked like it was taken from a small file of low quality and resized, resulting in such a cheap appearance).

For the price I paid for this t-shirt (the same price I have paid for authorized band merchandise sold at concerts) I expected a product of similar quality, but this was not the case with my order.

Tried emailing to no avail. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs.

This place is a scam. Their phone number is a tim hortons in Canada yet their business has nothing to do with a Canada. Shirts were so small and not even close to the right size. They are in China. Cheap material and pictures on shirts are plastic. Avoid at all costs.

I bought a T-shirt online from this company which poses as a Canadian company but then claims to ship you the item from China. More than a month later the item has not arrived. Multiple reviews - which I only read afterwards - say that either the item never arrived, or when it did it was poor quality, and no refunds were given. A company's name should not mislead clients like that, and no company should take this long to send a product.
