An ad popped up on facebook for www.myhalloweenfactory.com, costumes were free if you pay $14.99 for shipping and handling. You are able to select as many costumes as you want but only one costume would be sent. I purchased one costume using my credit card. Processing of the order should've taken 3-5 days, and delivery is an additional 14-30 days. I have reached out to them on several different occasions for a delivery date or refund and each time I receive the same *AUTOMATED* response that "they have a high volume of orders, and I will receive my order in 15-20 days". When attempting to call them via phone it goes straight to a voicemail that has never been set up. So don't order from www.myhalloweenfactory.com or RightNow Fashions L.L.C. (This was the name on my statement).

Ordered Halloween costume online on Sept 14th. Emailed customer support first week of October. Was told there was a high volume of orders but that I should receive within 14-30 days. Never received a tracking number or shipping information.

Buy as much as you want for only $14.99. fake confirmation order number, no tracking number, no phone number, no location. When you question them via email they send the same generic email to everyone. I've done some digging on this site, but unfortunately after I tried to buy something. They took the money.

This is a website that sells Halloween costumes. According to their website, it could take up to thirty days for delivery. I ordered something over a month ago and haven't received any communication from the business. The money was taken from my account, but you aren't given a tracking number, and there's no way to modify or cancel your order once the payment has gone through. I really think my package will never arrive and that the site will be shut down once October is over.

The myhalloweenfactory.com website popped up on my Facebook, showing a sale where all costumes were free, and you just pay $14.99 for shipping and handling. You are able to select as many costumes as you want. I went through, purchasing several costumes, and have paid. They say processing of the order takes 3-5 days, and delivery is an additional 14-30 days. I am now 3 days past the maximum of the delivery time frame given, and have reached out to them several times. Each time I receive the same response; that they have a high volume of orders, and I will receive my order in 15-20 days. I have asked what date that delivery is from, and still receive the same reply. So now I am out money, still no order, and have looked into this, and have read that a lot of others have had this exact same issue. Those who even did receive an order, only received one item, as they apparently will randomize only one costume from the order, which is stated nowhere on the site.

i ordered a costume on Sept 13. it said free costumes for one hour just pay shipping so i was charged $14.99 and have not received the costume. i used my debit card now i am worried

This company is a sham. They advertise that you can buy a costume for only 14.99 shipping cost then they charge your card but never deliver. They give only an email address for complaints but never respond. they give your credit company a fraudulent address and phone number so they cant contact them either. Stay away so you don't give these thieves anymore money!
