I was trying to renew my global entry card and somehow this website came up. It looked legitimate but only until a few days later did I realize it was not. They communicated with me through zendesk which is not a legitimate Customs and Border Control platform.

The day after applying for Global Entry I was called and told that my credit card did not go through. I said I had already been charged $120, they told me this was a separate customs fee. They called several times with at least two different people.
