I discovered the same day that I was eligible for Medicaid and no longer needed the health coverage they sold me earlier via phone call. They claimed to be able to get me a Cigna insurance plan. They sent me info from a fake insurance company that I can't use. They will not process my cancellation after speaking with MULTIPLE AGENTS and customer care directly and continued to send me in circles. No one was authorized to process a cancellation even though it's stated in the contract I signed that I may cancel within 15 days of the next term date. I just want a cancellation and refund for services I will not need and haven't even taken effect. I called the number listed and I was sent to another number and then another and after four different numbers I realized I was dealing with a fraudulent business.

After applying for individual insurance, I immediately started getting calls from insurance companies. I actually had to turn off my phone because I had received at least 40 calls within 3 hours. The day, it started again so I decided to answer the call. They identified as MultiPlan PPO. The information that I received was very good, the premium was good and the individual was very knowledgeable. But, when I asked for a phone number to call them back after I had researched their company, they got very persistent. I was switched to another individual and then another individual. Finally, I signed up and thankfully my bank was alerted that it was a fraud. I called my bank and asked why the insurance premium was turned down, they told me to be very careful. This company was, I think, a scan to get my money. Thankful that my bank caught it.
